The experience with HomeBox was terrible. I will never order from here again. The product is not as described at all, and the return policy does not allow for me to return it after opening.
Their delivery drivers did not speak much english so it was very hard to comminicate. I asked to schedule delivery in the evening when I was home. And this was not possible. You cannot schedule what time of day you want something delivered.
They lied about when my mattress could be delivered, advertising that it was same day delivery, and then 2 days after paying for it, they changed the delivery date to 5- 7 days.
All in all, terrible experience.

I got an bad experience, in homebox!! This is happened for the first time, i have order, and its like late already,i have to follow up, i try to ask help from the agent, of homebox help centre,yes he replied,and he said,the courier, is trying to call me, and im not responding,but when i check my phone, no one is calling me, or trying to call me,even no misscall,and he said the courier put back the item in the warehouse, or store,and i said okay, i will not expect for that anymore, he even suggested to order again the item that i wanted, when i left home same day, courier called me, and he said im outside ur door, collect ur order, and i said what?? But the agent said u return it back already, thats why i dont expect anymore, but he kept sayin,noooo u order this,and he is very angry he shout!! And said next time if u dont need dont order!!

Extremely untrustworthy. They have zero value for customers. I ordered 2 beds and mattresses today. I had my pin near me expecting a call frm them any time. I called them up anyways to confirm the time to know that the deleivery had been rescheduled. I threw all my old bed n mattress yesterday. Now we hav to sleep on the floor untill a new one comes. Very disappointing. I have little kids too.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and customer support I received following my purchase of a wardrobe from your company. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen far below the standards I expected from a reputable brand.
Firstly, the customer support representative I interacted with and her name was Lama in dubai office was unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful, and arrogant which left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Additionally, the delivery and assembly team displayed an unhelpful and arrogant attitude, with behavior that was both dismissive and disrespectful. This made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. If a rating below one star existed, I would have certainly chosen it.
In today’s competitive market, I trust that top management, along with anyone who reviews this message, will understand the importance of exceptional service and take serious action to prevent further incidents. Unfortunately, unprofessional behavior—especially from those on the frontlines of customer service—can greatly damage a company’s reputation. I urge you to consider taking action with those who do not reflect the values of quality and respect.
This whole terrible experience today, ended by returning back the item.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a cupboard online, and when they came to install it, the assembly person claimed he couldn't complete the setup because there wasn't "enough space" in the room. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he simply left it unfinished.
To make matters worse, a customer service representative named Lama called me and was shockingly rude and unhelpful. She kept repeating "this is our policy" without offering any real assistance or consideration for the situation. It is unprofessional to expect that a room has to be completely empty just to assemble a cupboard. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I bought an Elektra dome kettle that wouldn't switch on after just two months. Homebox refused to repair or replace because I didn't keep the original packaging. They also claimed the product only had a 30 day warranty ( which is bs) They have now lost a customer and I'm going on every review site I can to let people know how they treat their customers.

Poor Material Quality and Bad Customer Service
Purchased a sofa bed a year ago, a normal night while me and wife sitting on it then suddenly one of the footings broke down (Both of us have normal weight). The next day we contacted them and requested for a repair since it has a 2 year warranty on the product. Unfortunately they can't repair it and as per them they can able to repair only minimal issues, really? To make this short, wouldn't recommend buying items here, I just wasted my money. Bad customer service and their response to email was like auto generated everything is the same.

Genuinely the worst experience I've had trying to get a part replaced on the bed that was delivered and broke within 2 days of usage - it's been over 40 days since it got delivered and their team keeps saying "escalated to the team" - would not recommend if the alternative was sleeping on the ground.

Very poor customer support and product is also not good. Wood is infected with insect and they didn’t accept his mistake. From day1 I am facing issue. Fixing time they broke 1 part and not replaced yet . We found manufacturer defect but they didn’t change. Even they send quality guy they record the video and said it’s manufactured defect still they didn’t take any action and replace damage part with damaged product. I bought bed in April

I bought a table of a very bad quality, wrong measurements mentioned on their website (actual height is 45 cm but they mentioned 50 cm), down shelf edges so sharp that you'll cut your skin whenever you hit it by mistake which happens a lot specially with kids.
so slow in responding to complaints and asked for a photo of me measuring the height of the table with a measuring tape which i did then insisting that a team should visit me to check the height of the table first and then they will decide what to do (what a joke)
i will never buy again from this company.

I had a horrible experience with Home Box, after waiting for a week, they delivered late in the day, and they complained that there was not enough light, and not cool enough for assembly after I complained to Home Box, they replayed they would deliver in one more week but if our condition is not meet you can cancel the order in a few days and will get the refund after 30 days.
