Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I have placed at least 4 to 5 orders with them where they have delivered all the orders on the right location. But from my last 2 deliveries they have made a big headache for me to receive my orders. 1 st order they mentioned the wrong number and kept on calling someone else for the delivery and delayed my delivery for 4 to 5 days. On my 2nd delivery they have give wrong location to the rider and he denied to deliver. And the customer care asked me to placed the request again. This is is not my concern if your team is keep on providing the wrong information to the delivery team every time. Same like you guys we also have jobs to do and i have taken personal off to get this stupid delivery. And am so pissed that they canceled. Never buying from them again. And check my history in your system before contacting me. Don’t go to them they are scam.

I have had a very bad experience with home box Bahrain,your customer service is very bad nobody answers calls my delivery delays for now this is the 10th day trying to get in touch with the customer service team to know what’s going on nobody answering it’s a very bad experience this is going to be my first and last purchase from home box

Very Veey Bad Servixe from Home Box UAE,
I Ordered my furniture's on 2nd August, paid 150 AED for delivwey , they delivered the damaged item on 5th August and promised me they will replace and fix the new product on the next day, but now 48 hours over still I did not get my delivery and customer care do not have any information about my delivwey and they said they will come back to me with update withing 2 to 5 working days

Bought a filthy aloe Vera mattress

Bought an aloe Vera mattress.

It arrived and I unzipped the cover to straighten the actual mattress out. It was filthy dirty.

Instead of exchanging it with a nice clean one, they wanted to pick it up and I could order a new. This won’t be happening! Usually if they don’t do exchanges, it’s usually because they know there’ll be something wrong with the next.

They did pick it up fast and refunded my money the day after!

I’d definitely avoid using these after the negative feedback here!

This shop doesn't even deserve 1 star!
They deliver damaged furniture and refuse to exchange or refund.
Don't ever buy anything from them and don't pay them through PayPal.
They scammed me and never returned my money although I paid with PayPal.

worst service. they do not care.

every company has policies. how transparent and easy they wish to make the experience and journey for the customer is up to them. Homebox however has one or the rudest customer service team and fake apology speech that they say on repeat. May as well deal with robots. go to Pan Home. save yourself the grief.

They cancel my order online without any approval from my side and they decided the date up to them

Hi don’t buy anything from home box KSA .
I bought nine seaters sofa from khobar branch near nesto and after two months fabrics was totally teared.
I complaint but person who are coming to see the sofa are totally unethical.
branch manger name MR.ALI his worth is not more than a labour as he has no power and no ethics to talk and mange things.
They did not replaced properly and give me the old one

Don’t buy ever anything from them!!

I bought two mattresses online and they are not like in the description!! Mattresses are hard like concrete.

Wanted to return them, and still running after customer care. They are not helpful at all. Each one is trying to give you an other person to speak and at the end nobody does help.

Unsatisfied customer

I ordered a 6 door wardrobe they made the delivery yesterday but not fitted fully. One door is not yet fixed as they forgot to bring 2 hinges.

When i asked them to fix the next day. They said they cannot come next day. Maybe the day after that.

It is not safe to keep one huge door outside just like that. There is no safety. I have small children. It could fall and break. My question is without all the materials why the item is being delivered ?

I want to share my experience with this…

I want to share my experience with this company regarding their delivery service so that other customers can benefit from it. Over two weeks ago, I purchased a set of items through their mobile app: a mirror and a set of 6 chairs for dining table. There was a delay in the delivery, and they extended the delivery date by six days due to weather conditions. I understood this even though other companies I had deliveries with only delayed by a day or two. When the order arrived, I found that the mirror was broken. I requested a replacement, but I was surprised to find out that they did not have a replacement policy, only a return policy. When I returned the mirror, they did not refund the delivery fee and deducted it, even though this was not my fault.

As for the set of 6 chairs, after some time, the chairs arrived but during assembly, it was discovered and forgot one chair and only delivered 5 chairs . Two days later, they came back but brought a chair in a different color. The delivery team apologized and said they would bring the correct chair the next day. Two days later, they brought the chair, but upon trying to assemble it, they realized that the fabric color was wrong. Despite numerous communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email, the missing chair has not arrived as of the moment of writing this comment, and there is damage to another chair received.

Never trust

Never trust . Bad experience with delivery persons and customer care .
They will give you appointment don’t trust and don’t lose your day , they will not come .
I made a call to the customer care and what the agent told me exactly is ,
“ they ( delivery agents) have other deliveries also after finishing that the will come , that’s it .”
That’s it ? Look at the a language they are using. I didn’t receive my item, I paid the amount .

Pathetic and horrible service.

Pathetic and horrible service.
I had bought a bed and side table and promptly returned the next day and cancelled the order and delivery. It has been over 1 month that they didn't return my money. They are giving false promises for refund.
Worst company to deal and work with as their customer care is very bad and unprofessional.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, no adequate customer care support, absolutely unprofessional company. I have purchased a bedroom set, dressing mirror came with stains on it, chasing for replacement for almost 2 months already and after all they are sending replacement with stains on it again! Do not recommend anyone to get anything from their online store as you would regret it, their quality is just pathetic and on top of that there is no solution for your complaints as their customer care is just useless, they are either not replying on emails or delaying, they have sent me inspection in the between but could not make a simple quality control of the replacement before delivering replacement with exact same issue and ink stains that cannot be removed from the white surface!
Just awful!
