Having never sold a house before I was wary, especially as I was advised that the majority of the work would be conducted electronically. However, Joanna was in touch from the start and the excellent communication made the whole process very efficient. When it seems like my house purchase was dragging a bit through the solicitors, I became so frustrated. I spoke with Michelle who stepped in with a speed of light. She has a way of saying, ''leave it to me, I got this''. She actually got it. She would go to any possible length to solve whatever is going wrong and would escalate to get you sorted. I'll always recommend homefast as they are extremely reliable and Michelle was a rock star. My wife was so pleased she kept singing her praises every time we spoke. We finally got the keys to the house and ladies and gents, from first day of house viewing to completion which is today, it took less than 3 months. Since we are first time buyers and immigrants, they gave us the soft landing you could ever think of. Thanks to the team in general for making this possible. In my language, ''E SE GIDIGAN''.

I have been handling the sale of my mothers house recently and have had dealings with Homefast. I have only spoken to people over the phone, but have always found everyone to be very pleasant and very happy and willing to put themselves out, especially Michelle Vickerman, who I have had the most dealings with.

Having not sold a property for many years, this service was new to me. Although only in the initial stage of selling, communication and helpfulness so far has been extremely promising - prompt and willing. Hopefully this will speed up the process.

Homefast oversaw the initial stages of our purchase and sale. We had some issues that prevented things moving forward, but Joanna was patient and understanding of the situation. We had telephone conversations with her and she always spoke in plain English, free of all the jargon! She was also very responsive to emails.
