Very professional, they did a fantastic job. I was shown everything and informed as to each thing they were doing. After they cleaned the area and all rubbish was collected next day. Within two days you can feel the difference in warmth. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The installation went smoothly and everything was cleared up when the job was finished. Hoping to see a difference this winter.

From very beginning when first adviser came for survey he was sitting with me over an hour, explaining the process of leakage of heat from the house, its signs on the corners of the roof. He showed me some pictures, graphs and data hard copies and on his laptop that how the foam insulation preserve the heat elimination from the roof and saves the energy or your money. I had a wedding in family after a week of survey, after completing all the paperwork and arrangements they have organised the insulation on the next day. 2 member team started the job in morning and finished around 3pm. Now adays when temperature is falling day by day 2 hrs of heating in the evening and 1 hr in morning keeps both floors of my three bed home pleasantly warm.

I had my loft spra insulation completed by Mark and Sam, they were exceptional. They worked so hard without a lunch break to clear 80 bin liners of the old fibreglass out.
Marks spraying skills were unbelievable and Sam made sure the dust and rubbish was cleaned up amazingly. I highly recommend Home Logic.

The sales man was genuine and friendly. Professional. I did ask the installer to sweep the boards in the loft clean as the installation had created abit of mess. Which he willingly.

Just had spray foam insulation in the attic - from start to finish the service was excellent - very professional. The guys who did the job were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves

From the time they arrived at my home the two guys put my fears aside they continued with showing me what they were going to do and then they started to do the work and when they had finished they cleaned up and then showed me what they had done then I thanked them for doing a first class Job

The engineers were brilliant! The insulation work was carried out effortlessly, in good humour and with minimum inconvenience to the household. A job well done!

The workmen were efficient and went about there work in a organised manor - I have no complaints.

I am telling people not to have this installed,I had this put in 3 years ago and I have had to have it taken away,because it has caused damage to my wood,which has now cost me a lot of money.so please do not have it installed.also people will not be able to get a morgage if you come to sell.

After initial problems with the survey for placing the panels and the electrical connection for the battery (10.07.24) everything was dealt with promptly. Customer was good and the engineers very helpful and pleasant.

I have read the experience of the review 6 days ago about it would be unable for their grandmothers bungalow to be sold due to the spray insulation sprayed in the roof.
Before we had our bungalow roof sprayed I asked the surveyor that specific question, as I had heard of some problems with other suppliers.

I was told that Home Logic's system was approved by all the appropriate bodies covered by mortgage and house surveyors. SO WHAT IS THE TRUTH.

When our roof was sprayed the installers were supposed to cover items in the loft. nothing was covered over and when we were cleaning the mess up we found the roll of unused roll of covering material. Also any spray dropping on material leaves a ring on it which will not come off.

The mess that was left by the insallers was awfull and took about 2 weeks to clean up. This was not the impression given by the surveyor, when we pointed this out to Home logic we were told that they would send someone out but we had already done it as the state of workmanship displayed gave use little faith.
The person who we spoke to ( the one who replied to the original trust pilot review) said that the company would make a payment towards the work. Guess what no refund, these people are only after your money with no customer satisfaction or quality control.

The men that came to fit the foam where really considerate eg taking dirty boots off and tidying up when they had finished. Whilst I felt a bit hassled in to agreeing to have this, so far I'm glad I did.

Really helpful from start time finishm lady called Jodie was immensely helpful. Constant contact and was informed every step of the way!
