Love the picture, well packaged

Purchased a large Buddha statue, arrived promptly, well package. Excellent communication about progress with shipping and arrival time on day of delivery. Can’t fault the service.

Product deliverd intact and on time. As described and ideal in our living room.

Very well wrapped perhaps a bit too much . The issue was with the 4 silver pens with the diamond on top. When opening I found one of the pens had quite a bit of the chrome colour rubbed off so disposed of that one leaving 3 out of 4 to use . Not worth the effort of returning said item Apart from that happy with other purchases.

Fab tall slim vase. Lovely textured finish, looks expensive. Arrived the next day and was really well packed. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is for the second order for a vase that arrived broken for the 2nd time I have sent it back asked for my refund she lied and said would be in my account in 24 hours well I know that’s a lie as I paid with PayPal she has until next week then they will refund me my money she likes to take and keep your money when she sells you rubbish so make sure you use PayPal I think she will probably get rid of PayPal soon as other wise she can’t keep your money it’s a scam she is doing

I visit today to this shop to by table and some other stuff aswell oh man they have to much variety in shop and the customer service they offer to me was very good the person over there was very polite and friendly may be his name he told me that is Deepanshu in final I bought table from them I am very happy with service definitely I goona buy more items from them ❤️

My first experience with HomeLuxe Interiors was in Nov 2023 when I purchased a few items for my daughter's bedroom. I was very impressed how quickly my order was processed and delivered by DPD, and how well packed everything was. Since then, I have made a number of other purchases including chairs, mirrors, pictures, a footstool and other pieces for the home.

If I had an issue with anything that didn't quite go as well as I would have liked for the intended room, I never encountered any problems in returning it for a full refund. I normally liaise with the manager Karolina regarding any new purchases or collections/returns (if required), and have always found her to be fair and very reasonable with both pricing and shipping.

I have certainly had good overall customer service this past year and hope that it continues in the same way for the future. In the current climate, it's nice to find an online business to have such a good rapport with, and most importantly, feel appreciated as a returning customer... surely it has to be a win/win situation!

This gazeboo has poor instruction and costs £125 significantly cheaper being a B&M product 379755 not £175 charged by Homelux. None of the bolts supplied are the correct size so none of the black end caps will ever fit this poor product, buyer beware

We are so pleased with our black double weave open egg chair. It’s beautifully made and extremely comfortable. Can’t praise Home Luxe Interiors enough for their help. They were even reply messaging me (re my enquiry) out of work hours and were so friendly and helpful. Our order was processed very quickly and we received our lovely egg chair within days of ordering. The courier they used kept us informed during the day when to expect our delivery. They kindly carried indoors each piece for me too. I can highly recommend Home Luxe Interiors and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. An all round great purchasing experience. Thank you. Terrible company. They have had monies for a console table since January. Told me it would be despatched in the next few days, which it wasn’t. Not answering emails and the person who answers their main number just says they can only thing they can do is send an email to the sales team, which is ignored. Save your money and a lot of hassle by shopping else where

I went to shopping at Home Luxe and whenever I go I am always greeted and welcomed by Caroline who is very helpful and she gives good advice on what to buy and what would look good in my house. She is very knowledgeable about all the products in store and you won’t be disappointed when you go. Service 10/10. Thank you from Rabia
