I had a fantastic experience with Homelux Furniture Castlewellan. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. A special mention to Wayne on the showroom floor – his knowledge, patience, and advice made choosing the right furniture so much easier.

The delivery service was excellent and efficient, with everything arriving right on time and in perfect condition. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, especially considering the very affordable prices.

Highly recommend Homelux Furniture to anyone looking for great service, quality products, and value for money. I’ll definitely be back!

We ordered 4 bar stools and paid for them as you do. There was no mention that there could be any issue with the order. However 4 days later the order was cancelled and I received a message saying due to a supplier not being able to count their own stock the order could not be fulfilled, no alternatives offered or call to say why it took so long to find this out. To add insult to injury they say it will take some time to process your refund. If they can’t supply then don’t advertise or at least be honest. I think 4 days to tell me that they have no faith in their own supplier, is very very poor customer service and care. First and last time I will be using this company they will take your money but can’t deliver the goods.

On website and invoice I was told I will get my parcel by delivery, but suddenly seller realised that he can't do it, but refusing to give refund as well. Lucky i made purchase through paypal, so hopefully in 3 or 4 weeks i'll get refund.

Received a faulty clock, contacted customer service via website for returns label, got no response. They do not answer the phone either. Totally disappointed and left out of pocket with this company. If something is wrong with the product then don't expect any help or assistance!

Placed an order 26/6 , as with most companies who are more focused on £ than service they were quick to take my money however definitely in no rush to supply item. Two emails later no reply , no update … definitely a company to avoid , let’s see how quick they will remedy/ refund .

I was amazed at how quick it was delivered. It was so prompt with clear tracking. The packaging was so secure which kept the item perfectly protected. Very happy with the item! Five stars!

My set of 3 heart mirrors are gorgeous! Excellent quality and so pretty. They were wrapped really well in a lot of bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure a safe arrival. Very impressed from order to delivery and will definitely order from this company again

Held my money for a week then emailed to say item was out of stock (at time of ordering it said 3 were in stock) now waiting for my refund. Really bad letting someone down at last minute after a week when I could have ordered item elsewhere.

Totally wrong description sadly I ordered a black and gold picture in a black and gold modern frame but have been sent a black and gold picture in a silver frame and it’s awfull tried ringing shop for hours but no answer need information on how to return

Was unsure about ordering from here as i have not heard of this company but took a chance and i am very pleased with my order, i ordered a lion ornament, it came a couple of days later, wrapped up very well and the ornament was a good size for the price! Would definitely order from here again :)
