Had a lovely experience here today with my daughter who found a gorgeous dress for a black tie event. Rena & her sister were so helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting Honour Gold if your struggling to find an occasion dress on the High Street.

Amazing staff and experience
The staff are incredibly helpful here, listening to what you want whilst giving their professional opinion. I went to Honor Gold to get a dress for a formal event. Within minutes I was presented with some gorgeous options which were all reasonably priced as well. Overall a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.

Brilliant quick service. Dress was beautiful and exactly how it was described. Ordered 2 different sizes as was unsure which would fit. Return was easy to do & confirmation sent by the company, every step of the way. Would highly recommend to buy from them as I will definitely buy from them again 😊

I saw the Harley sequin maxi dress on someone on instagram and instantly loved it.. I ordered it online for my 40th birthday party and it’s the most beautiful, luxurious and well made dress, I absolutely love it 🥰 the size is also perfect too. It comes in two colours and I couldn’t decide which one to get but the customer service has been above and beyond what I’d ever expect - so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Great shopping experience
I had been looking for an occasion wear shop for an event and found Honor Gold online. It was so convenient to have a late night appointment after work rather than walking around town all day. I sent the links of the dresses I liked and my sizes, these were all ready for me when I arrived to try on. I was also offered other dresses to try on and Rena was really helpful. I found a lovely jumpsuit but felt it was too low cut so they altered it there and then for me which was fab. Lovely studio and changing area, this was the best shopping experience I have ever had and would not hesitate to shop here again. The best thing is the clothes are made by Honor Gold too so you know you won't end up wearing the same outfit as anyone else. Highly recommend!!

A lovely shopping experience
My fiancee and I visited Honor Gold and purchased three beautiful dresses. It was so good to find a place, run by two sisters, with such a lovely collection of stylish dresses which she found so comfortable to wear - and not to be pressured by sales staff. We will be back!

Prompt delivery. Colour not as expected. Dress advertised as white but actually cream. Customer service arguing the point with me. I sent a photo to prove my point. So I ended up paying for postage both ways for a dress that was not as described

We can see the customer care team did reply promptly and were explaining that we have never had anyone say it wasn’t white and have sold 100s of the maxi and midi in this style.
We clearly state we do not offer free returns and as the dress was in the sale and under our free postage threshold you did have to pay for postage which we did upgrade to a next day service.
