Excellent quality wheels
I ordered wheels for my MB A45S from this company. When the wheels arrived they were excellent and fitted perfectly. Lug bolts were also included which was a nice bonus. Sadly the performance of the courier company (DPD) was very poor. My wheels sat in their depot in Germany for 7 days without any attempt to deliver them to Portugal. I think Hood need to consider alternative couriers as the cost of shipping to mainline Portugal was excessive for the service provided. If the delivery was as good as the service from Hood I would have given 5 stars.

Best Service - Top rental
We rented a Toyota Land Cruiser from Cars Iceland during our trip to Iceland, picking it up in Reykjavík and conveniently dropping it off at Keflavík International Airport at the end of our journey. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The Land Cruiser was a superb vehicle — powerful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for Iceland’s diverse road conditions. Whether driving through the city, cruising along the Ring Road, or exploring more remote areas, the car handled everything with ease and gave us complete confidence throughout the trip.
The service was equally impressive. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient both at pick-up and drop-off. Everything was clearly explained, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a real priority for them.
We highly recommend Cars Iceland to anyone visiting Iceland and looking for a reliable vehicle and top-quality service. Choosing a Toyota from Toyota — especially the Land Cruiser — made our adventure even more enjoyable. We would definitely rent from them again!

I bought an Apple Pencil that was sold as new, the apple came in the original box it’s an original pencil but box super used and the pencil had heavy use marks and a battery that drains super fast.
I wrote an email to which I had no answer.
Also got no email with the invoice or even purchase confirmation.

When I installed the Duschtempel, one window broke by itself. That was a bad experience, but after a short email, they sent me a new window, and everything was OK. I am using the sauna, and I am in love with it. Price is OK, and service is great. I informed them of what they could make better so that these windows cannot break anymore into a thousand small pieces. I hope they will do that for the future. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Their service is 5 stars.

This is a scam shop
Ordered a hover board with a dysfunctional battery. It has now taken me two months of communication with hood, but they have not been able to refund or send a new battery. Don’t buy anything the support is a catastrophe!!!
