The website's account settings currently reflect an outdated address as the default, despite my having updated both the delivery and billing addresses. Consequently, an order was shipped to the old address and subsequently returned. While I received a refund and reordered the phone from an alternative website, this issue resulted in a less-than-optimal customer experience. The seller's responsiveness was commendable.
