They delivered the wrong color

They delivered the wrong color - don’t want to change it and offered 20€ as a gesture. I paid 540€ for something I don’t like- don’t order here

I lost my money

You buy from hood but the seller its a independent 3th party who has stolen my money. Nobody helped me its just 49 euro but i cannot recommend this website

Logistic was good but not the product

Logistic was good but not the product. I have been buying the same fragrance for 3 years (Santal 33 from the Labo) always directly from the brand or Net a Porter website. This time I decided to buy it from Hood.de because the price was quite attractive. The fragrance I received does not smell at all lime the original one.... or it is a fake or it is so old that it s useless now... Another odd thing, it says "made in USA" on the bottle lable but "made in uk" in a sticker below the bottle....I will not buy again from this website.

I appreciated it when my cash was…

I appreciated it when my cash was refunded due to delay in product bought. But what I don't like is the polish seller who fail to deliver what you have paid for not untill you have to get in touch with another person who speaks Polish and tracks them for you. It's so sad and disappointing

Together again after nearly 50 years.

I was quite hesitant at first, as I have always been an Ali-Express user. However, the tracking process gave me confidence and I rushed home after I saw the delivery arrive online. I couldn't believe my eyes. I wish my father was still alive to see me re-united with the same model Kienzle Markant with the black dial he bought me when I was 12 years old. He knew I liked WW2 style watches and this one reminded him of the ones similar to the US servicemen that used to billet in our little village in England when he was my age. I never forgot that loud tick! I realize the watch is 50 years old now and in such beautiful condition, so I wont be wearing it daily! Thank you so much for fulfilling a dream I've had since I was 12. But we didn't have the internet in those days. I hope you and your sellers, do the best they can to maintain the integrity and trust of your business.

Delivery and bit slow

Delivery and bit slow. But I understand the matter when I called the customer service and found out that it's a one man company owned. Anyway, he was very kind and attentive and received my item a couple of days after I called him and told him that I need the item.
