Do not shop or use Hood.de. and the 3rd party seller King of Cards. A total scam. They advertised apple earbuds. But sent one with no charging box and they where counterfete fake. I tried to get a refund only for them to refuse my first return attempt. By stating the address was not readable i resent it to the same address this time it was taken in. Then waited 4 weeks for them to send a partial refund and did not refund 2 x postage. A total scam company. I would not recomend to anyone other than say stay far away from them.

As hood.de replied to my initial review, and are now trying to distance themselves from my comments. I will just add this hood.de has a legal responsibility to protect customers from frauds and scams. Such as making sure 3rd party sellers on the page are regulated. And any sale at the time is clear and non comfusing. The advert must be as advertised. Not including items that are clearly included in the advertising of the said products. King of cards did not do this and hood.de facilitated this. By allowing them to mislead customers. No customer should be left out of pocket in my case i have lost 22€. Because of postage where a fake product was sent. But i had to resend it back at my own cost. Then king of cards refusing to accept the package on the grounds they claimed the address was unreadable dispite the DHL representative standing at there door with the package in hand. Which ment DHL had no alternative but to return the package. I then complained to Hood.de, and got less than an adiquate response. So i then had to send it back again at my own expense and resend the package this time with a garenteed delivery. Only then did king of cards accept it. Then made me do the running about to get a partial refund. They attempted to delay the return so they could argue that it was not returned in time. Its absolutly dispicable. And Hood.de are equally responsable for not protecting me. The very least hood.de should have done. If you hood.de want to resolve this then send me the full refund along with the extra costs i had to incure. And not the part refund i was sent. Dont dare come on here and try and justify it and dont try wash your hand whilst pointing the finger elsewhere. Ansolute disgrafull company.

The box of the perfum was opened
The box of the perfum was opened, the bottle tampered. Not sure if it is original. Also there was unexpected 20% charge for customs, which was not declared at the time of buy.

My order should have been sent on 15th. On my tracking number it said my package is announced and after, nothing. Delivery was till 24th of January and status on the tracking number is still the same. Sent two emails regarding my order and no response.

Even though I didn't received the goods I purchased after around two weeks, but I was satisfied by its quick response with a cancellation and returning me money.

I placed an order on the 5th of January still waiting for it. No answer from the vendor, the website customer service replied to my email telling that they would inform customer that I don't want the delivery anymore. After that again I sent an email because I didn't receive my money back, no reply. It's a scam, please don't buy from this website. I started a dispute through PayPal.

I ordered from their shop, I selected my address in Switzerland, the seller validated my order, accepting my PayPal payment. I received a confirmation for my order. I paid around 20€ to them for a DHL shipping to Switzerland, then the seller told me that he was unable to ship to Switzerland! What a serious guy! He never gave me my money back... Will never order again with HOOD!

Fake perfumes
Bought a perfume Orto Parisi Megamare EDP and it has nothing to do with real product: it doesn't smell on your skin more than 2 hours. I'm so dissapointed that I got fooled with a fake product.
Don't buy any parfumes from this website!
