Tried to open a seller account a while back, but was never able to sell any products on the platform, but was charged for the "service" anyway. Even after we actually paid the invoice and cancelled the account, they keep charging us an now also sending the latest invoice to a debt collection agency! It has been the most expensive zero service experience to date. UPDATE: The issue has been resolved by Hood and we consider the case closed. Thank you

I have been trying to get a refund for my parcel that is supposed to come 7 days ago but still no answer. They keep telling me to wait. I don't need it. Just have some self respect and give me back my money.

Bad delivery service
Sofa is fine for the price, but delivery service was very bad. 30 minutes before the delivery, my wife received a message, that she has to organize help to delivery guy. This was in the middle of the working day. I am sorry, but where she should find someone in 30 minutes?
Luckily I got a homeoffice that day. Guy came and we just put the sofa near the entrance. When I asked if he could help me lift the sofa up to the 3rd floor, the delivery man said he didn't have time. I am sorry, but this is not delivery service. Once again I am convinced that I should have looked for a sofa on Amazon.
