I have recently used Horizon Currency to transfer funds for my purchase of property in Spain. They offer a very professional service and can say that the entire process and experience have been very satisfactory. Louisa was handeling my transaction and she was very helpful and constantly kept me updated on procedures and the progress.

I have been using Horizon for the past 5 months for all our currency exchanges and I cannot recommend them enough..I deal with two contacts, Louisa and Carol which give me both continuity and confidence, they are both super helpful and patient (I am not the best with technology) but they always take time to answer any questions I have..when you call they get straight back to you when they say they will and any transactions are carried out when they say they will be.. I feel that the ladies look after my interests and keep me upto date with exchange rates and the best time to book exchanges..I can fault the service and advice given..I will be using Horizon for all my currency exchanges..there are lots of companies out there offering their services but I don't think you could better Horizon for service and doing what they say they will when they say they are going to do it..
That alone is priceless.

I have used Moneycorp and a couple of other companies in the past but I contacted a few extra companies this time as this was quite a large sum. I was amazed to find Horizon gave a significantly better rate! The personal service was also second to none and I was fully updated on every stage. From the very first call Horizon were helpful, informative and very respectful. They didn’t push or rush us at all, we asked for some time to evaluate other options and we were told to get back in touch when we’re ready. Having read some of these reviews prior to using Horizon Currency, I joked with Louisa that the reviews were so good perhaps they'd been written by Horizon Currency. And here I now am, adding to those reviews. Great, responsive service, good automation of emails (when my sent funds were received) and very friendly team. Not to mention the best GBP to EUR rate I could find in the market. Was a little nervous using a new company compared to the established providers, but all ran smoothly. Will absolutely use them again.

Didn’t want to spend time checking the exchange rate every day so just transferred the cash and left it with Horizon to change once the Euro rate hit 1.13 .....so lovely surprise yesterday when it did and they promptly changed my money ! I have been using Horizon for well over a year and have found them to be quick and efficient with excellent rates of exchange. They keep you informed of market movements immediately to enable you to take advantage of rate increases.

Horizon was recommended by Covent GardenFX a firm I have used for years. I needed to send a large amount of Sterling to an Australian Government account in dollars and was pleasantly surprised there was no fee to deal with the transfer. This would not have been the case had I used my bank. The staff were efficient and helpful despite some disruption due to Christmas Bank Holidays. I can recommend this firm.

Five stars. That's what this firm deserves. I dealt with Gilly who was clear and prompt as this was my first purchase of US dollars. It is worrying to forward a large chunk of money to someone on a phone and an internet site, but have no fear. The transaction was completed so quickly and the recipient in US was surprised the dollars had arrived so quickly. Keep clear of TorFX as their exchange rates were dropping when the market was rising. They thought they were dealing with a fool. Keep to Horizon.
