Shipping time too long
I am not happy that I ordered on 6/12 and it is the 10th and I still haven't received my order. Apparently it was shipped today, so there could still take a few more days.

Slow and unresponsive customer service
After more than 1 week my order hasn’t arrived. Customer service is not good. They sent me a tracking link which said that postnord has not yet received my parcel. Not very helpful. My horse has a cold bottom :)

Best experience so far
The best online horse shopping website and excellent quality of the brand products. Many years i have been buying horze items and since i have discovered that the website does shipping as well in my country i was excited. The personnel is extremely polite , helpful, driven to problem solving. I had an issue with one of my ordered products and they solved my problem immediately. As well, they replied in less than 1 day to my email.
Bottom line, i am more than satisfied with both products an store in general. Shipping was not delayed, was right on estimated time and the overall impression of all bought products is outstanding. Keep up the amazing work! Will definitely recommend!!!

Long delivery, weird sizes
They say with the most products 'next day delivery' but they don't keep their promises. I ordered something that was in stock, would be delivered the next day. Well, it took over more then 1 week 😅 not in time for a photoshoot, so I am not amused.
I don't recommend them if you need something quick.
The time before, I ordered 2 leather halters in size full, but their were waaaaaaay to big for a size full 😔😔 so I had to send it back again..
*** If it is not in stock, please let your customers know. On the webside at the relevant product was given 2 days delivery time.. So that is misleading
