Very disappointed

Hi,

For me you have zero stars, but I can't remove this and write my opinion.

very poor show…

The booking info did not confirm positively that I would have parking, which I had requested. Also, no check in or out details/ times??
When I rang the to enquire, I learned it was not only NOT the hotel number, but also I would be charged 13 pence a minute for it! What an absolute cheek! Really angry. Bad impression....
I put the phone down... so still no information..

All good from our point of view.

We booked through hotelinfo before reading any reviews on the website. Had we done so, not sure we would have used them but have to say that we had no trouble whatsoever with them. We booked an apartment for a long weekend in UK and all went as expected. Email confirmation with all contact info if needed and email a few days before our visit to tell us info on the city and weather report. All good from our point of view.

I have used Hotels.de for many years

I have used Hotels.de for many years, particularly when booking hotels within Germany. I have always been very satisfied with how they represent the properties listed on their site. Never had a bad experience!

you have been warned !!! The site lacked credibility, I ordered a hotel in Poland, the site informed me that the order was received, and then sent me a letter stating that the hotel is full of delicious room available. I booked a room in another hotel and on another site. The hotels.de website started sending me many messages that my journey to the hotel started, meaning it would charge me for a room I would never get. I called dozens of times to the site and asked to cancel the reservation, since I would never get a hotel room in Krakow. The representatives did not understand me at all and told me there was nothing to do. The cost of the calls was very high, the new hotel room cost me a lot more than the spare room, nothing helped me, just after the week explanations for further calls, the site and the hotel informed me that I will not be charged for the booking. One big nightmare, do not go near this scam website

My worst-ever experience.

My worst-ever experience.
I'll never use hotel.info again.
Hotel.info offered me only "standard room" without any condition.
But, when I reached the hotel, a staff told me that my reservation was invalid, because my reservation was for a customer over 65 year old or for a customer who celebrated its birthday on that day.
Hotel.info offered me JPY 278, but I had to pay JPY 3974.

Very Disappointed

Booked a stay using Hotel Info.

Arrived at Gosforth Travel Lodge.
Our booking was made but they would not accept the price we had been given even though we had a copy of our booking and price.

We were charged an extra £30 for one a one night stay. Travel Lodge said we had booked through a third party so had nothing to do with them.

Hotel Info and Travel Lodge need to decide if they are going to work together or not.

This totally ruined a our night so won't be using Travel Lodge or Hotel Info in the future.

Most pathetic site to book any hotel

Most pathetic site to book any hotel. I had a booking confirmed and when i showed up at hotel, the person at reception declined the booking and i was left at nowhere to go. Raised complaint directly and no response in last 2 months

This is common with site so suggest everyone to avoid this

No order found - No room - No answers since

We ordered an hotel with hotel.info in city center of Evora, Spain.
When we arrived, on an early afternoon, after almost an hour of a search for parking, the receptionist could not find our order. Hotel.info didn't forward it to him.
Because of a festival in the city, all hotel rooms were booked. We were forced to spend more than 2 hours looking for a new hotel. Furthermore, when we finally arrived, no restaurants or cafes were open and we had to eat overpriced dinner at the hotel.

We contacted hotel.info, that said they'll check. They've stopped answering us since then. it was almost two months ago.

Wouldn't order from a website I can't trust I'll actually have a bed for the night.

Don’t trust this site

Don’t trust this site, if you want to book a room!!

Last week I tried to book a room on hotel.info for the first time.
As I filled all information and also included master card data, after clicking the button to pay my reservation, I got an “error massage showing that error have accrued and I need to try access site later”.

First I looked at my mail to see if the reservation was completed, but after waiting few minutes I understood that reservation is not coming.

Then I went on hotel.info site to see if my booking was successful but when I tried to logon with the my email that I have filled earlier it showed that I am not member and my email does not exists!!
I also tried to retrieve a password just to see if my mail exists but with out any success!!

I contacted the bank to see if some money reservations where done, but that was not the case!!

Because of the problems with hotel.info site I logged on another site and booked another hotel because I did not want to use hotel.info again.

Few days ago I saw that hotel that I tried to book with hotel.info charge my card.
This happened with out my knowledge or any booking information.

As I have contacted hotel.info , they are just saying that hotel charged my card because I was as they called “no show” .

I will never use this site again, because of their problems with SITE I have now lost money to a hotel I have never slept in.

I booked a hotel in Bali and did not receive a booking confirmation- when I tried to log back into the site it declined my email address, I emailed support & I didn’t get a reply. Further more , the contact phone number redirects you to some poor lady’s personal phone number - she doesn’t work for the hotel info company & it left me wondering if I’d been scammed! I’m currently canceling my credit cards and contacting the hotel direct to report the company for misconduct.

Accepted my reservation and money with no room to offer.

Booked through Hotel Info and thought everything would be fine. Today I called to check my reservation and no room has been reserved. The hotel is full and still, Hotel Info accepted my booking. Apparently, I can't cancel the booking and now I'm very angry as I will now probably not get my money back. If I don't hear back from the email I've sent within 24 hours, I'll be going on every social networking site I can find to tell everyone I can not to trust Hotel Info.

I have emailed them and sent the feedback form on the website. I've even tried to Linkin with the CEO. Let's see what happens.
