My wife and I are independent travellers and we have never had a problem upon arrival and the hotels booked have always been as advertised.

TWO DAY STAY IN SYDNEY BOUVELARD
WENT TO SYDNEY FOR HANDA OPERA ON THE HARBOUR.
HOTEL NEAR ENOUGH TO WALK TO AND FROM.
GOOD ROOM WITH HARBOUR VIEW.
BUFFET BREAKFAST VERY GOOD , COULD LAST ALL DAY.
STAFF ALL HELPFUL AND NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE.
CONVENIENT ALSO FOR THE CITY AND HYDE PARK. ON A BUS ROUTE FROM THE CITY IF NEEDED..
WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANYBODY.

I have been using Hotel Club for over two years and find the site easy to use with great deals.
The reviews posted by people regarding the hotels are good and useful and I am guided by them.

This Club deserves it's five star rating
I have used Hotel Club now for five years and never had any problems with them. They provide excellent service, almost instant conformation of your booking and there rates are far better than the rest at certain times. We recommend this Club if you are thinking your next holiday or short brake.

Location, comfort and service
I asked for an ocean-front room on the top floor and that's what I got. There wasn't any traffic noise with the door closed, and the view was nice. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers wonderful customer service. There's a bar downstairs and breakfast is available as room service or at the bar for cereal and pastries. Concierge is very helpful. Valet parking is very easy to use. I have no complaints.

We chose our first hotel with the help of the pictures on your site and had a wonderful experience. Everything was as advertised. That was the good.
The second hotel we chose with the help of the pictures on your site was like bait and switch. When we walked in we were not impressed. Bad and ugly. Please use updated pictures.

Hotelclub is a great choice
I have used HotelClub on several occasions to book a hotel for a trip in another country - every time I have booked, my experience has been positive!
I have booked months in advance with no issues and everything promised was correct. The booking process itself is easy, the prices are straight forward without any hidden fees and the deals themselves make the site well worth booking with!
