Arrived at hotel for check in, was told room is overbooked. Chargebacm dispute is still ongoing between bank and ugogo. Never again bros.

I made a reservation through Hotelogical. The money was automatically deducted from my account, but when the hotel tried to run their third party card, it did not work. For the hotel to keep my hotel room for my kids and I the hotel had to charge me again on my personal card. I have called and emailed to get my money back from Hotelogical for the last 3 weeks and have never received my money back or an update on my request. I strongly discourage anyone from using Hotelogical!!

BEWARE—not worth saving a few bucks! I booked my hotel through them, received my confirmation and everything. When I arrived, the front desk did not have my reservation from HotelUGoGo, so I ended up having to pay the hotel directly...so 2x the room cost. When I called the Hotelogical helpline, I left my email address. They responded quickly to that, but when I told them I needed to process a refund, I never heard back. Sent multiple follow up emails, forwarded the email chain to all the help lines on their website I could find and still never heard anything back. I see I'm not the only one to encounter this practice, so it seems they know what they're doing and continue to keep doing it. 0 stars if I could.

I would give a -10. SCAM ARTIST! On google maps and other sites they promise a low price, but when you sign up on their websites they detect activity on your credit card account. However, they have another website you can reserve a room, but only $15 a night HIGHER. Gee Whiz Wally, they will accept your credit card now. !!HOTELSUGOGO is a SCAM!!

Beware!!!I book a room .2 hr i Arrived at the hotel they told me that I had no reservation I tried to get back with Hotelogical With no response they told me they would refund my money the next day by email that was over a month ago and I have tried to contact them every day with no return Return email telling me why I have not been able to get my refund I pulled up their address and it is anywhere else in New Jersey This place is a scam do not be taken you will not receive your money back It's a shame I'm out a $148

I used Hoteligical to book a Holiday Inn not realizing that when I booked I accidentally selected the wrong location. I called the Holiday inn to let them know and the manager informed me that it was canceled with no penalty as a courtesy and that I would just need to reach out to the third party “Hotelogical” for a refund. I called a few times and waited a while on hold just for the line to finally pick up with no one on the other end… “dead silence”. I then sent an e-mail and received a response that I would be refunded once they called the hotel to confirm everything. That was around August 15th… I still haven’t received a response after following up. I finally filed a better business bureau complaint and they still haven’t responded to BBB. It’s like it’s a ghost company with the only option to rob you of your money! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS THIRD PARTY! ANY GOOD REVIEW IS PROBABLY FROM THE COMPANY!

Absolute worst experience ever. I would absolutely rate them lower if I could. I booked a hotel with them and when I went to the hotel, the hotel told me that I was double booked. I tried to contact hotelogical about it, but they completely ignored me. Now, after 5 months, they are telling me that I never contacted them.

I filled in booking details then exited booking to check my bank had money in the account I was going to use.
When I returned to the booking site it had the room still available but it had defaulted to a different day. My fault I should have checked. I got to the hotel and my booking was not there but was there for the following week.
I contacted hotelugogo and while they couldn't amend the booking date, they did refund my money about a month later which was great.
My emails were always responded to and I was kept up to date with the progress of the refund by Alex.

I was skeptical but I got a 5 star Hilton room with an upgrade for 100$ cheaper than any advertised price and the hotel couldn’t match the price they were surprised. Magic experience will use again for sure

Rip off. Booked through them at 2am thinking I could check in immediately with my travel companion. Hotel wouldn't allow check in until 3pm later that day and charged and extra undisclosed fee of almost $150 on top of normal rate to "check in early." Customer service was abysmal and in nicer words told me to kick rocks when I requested a refund because wasn't allowed to check in when I needed to without the extra fee. The hotels internal policies and Hotelogicals internal policies seem to misalign perfectly to screw the customer. Don't use this booking service

Do NOT use Hotels UGOGO for a booking! This website is a SCAM. The billing on my credit card was $45 higher than the rate quoted for the room. I was routed from the trusted Booking.com to HotelUGOGO because it was same-day booking, but the rate was not as quoted. Do NOT use this site/app.

Beware. Hotelsugogo dba Hotelogical is not dependable at all. I booked a room at the Jacksonville Airport on January 10, 2025. When I arrived at the hotel, no reservation could be found. I was asked to pay for the room in full despite the fact that I was already charged for the reservation that was made prior to my arrival. Not wanting to pay twice for the same room, I left and contacted hotelsugogo. I received an email shortly after acknowledging my complaint. I did not receive a response from hotelsugogo until 11 days later apologizing for the error and informing me that a request would be submitted for a refund. 15 days later I received an email notifying me that the request was approved and asking me to allow 15-30 business days for the funds to be returned. 2 months and 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund. Hospitality is clearly not their forte.

Called the hotel in which I wanted to stay and asked if there was early check in, they told me yes but never said what style so I booked 3rd party because the rate was unbeatable… got to the hotel and they told me the early check in was available for a different room style then what I picked, I called HotelsUgogo support to have to switch the room style, they told me they can’t do that and I’d have to wait for my room style to become available which was 5 hours later in the day!!!! THEY WERE NOT ACCOMMODATING WHAT SO EVER!!! Very rude!!! Long phone wait times !!! Never again!

I paid this company and they never sent the info to the hotel. They will not respond to calls chats or emails.

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. IVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR ALMOST A MONTH TRYING TO RECEIVE AND REFUND ON A HOTEL BOOKING. THE HOTEL DENIED ME ENETRY EVEN THO THEY HAD SPACE. THE MANAGE APOLOGIZED LATER AND ISSUED A REFUND EVEN THO IT WAS IN THE POLICY OF THE HOTEL NOT TO HE ADMITTED HE WAS SORRY FOR THE EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL GOGO STAFF SAID THEIR SUPPLIER HASNT RECIEVED RHE INFO THEY WANT ME TO GRT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION BUT I HAVE THE CREDIT CARD INFO AND THE DATE IT EAS ISSUED SUPPLIED VERBALLY TO ME BY THE HOTEL MANAGER. HE WONT PROVIDE A PAPER RECEIPT CAUSE IM NOT THE PURCHASER. IVE BEEN LEFT ON RED BY SUPPORT STAFF AND THEY ONLY REPEAT THE ISSUE OF HAVING A PAPER TRAIL SO THE SUPPLIER WILL ISSUE THE REFUND. WHEN I EMAIL NO RESPONSE. WHEN I CALL I AM MET WITH THE SAME PERSON ON SUPPORT. WHO WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A FULL NAME AND SAID THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR. I DONT KNOW IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME BUT THE MANAGER AT THE HOTEL AGREED TO REFUND AND GAVE ME A DATE AND CARD INFO. ITS A WEIRD REQUEST FOR RHE SUPPLIER TO HOLD REPAYMENT UNTIL I PROVIDE A CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM THE HOTEL. IVE TALKED TO THE HOTEL 3 TIMES BUT THE HOTEL GOGO STAFF SAYS THEY CANT REACH ANYBODY TO PROVIDE THE LETTER THEMSELVES. SAVE YOURSELVES BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

Total scam they won't get your money back. They will send u emails saying 10 days but u never receive it. If I could I would fly to we're ever there at and kick there ass never do business with them

I have sent 27 emails, I didn’t get reply from them. Worst service

Booked a hotel through PrimaStay (part of Hotelogical), and it was a total disaster from start to finish. I got a confirmation and a voucher, so I thought everything was fine. But when I arrived at the hotel in London, guess what? No reservation! They had no record of me at all. I was left stranded and scrambling for a place to stay.

I immediately contacted Hotelogical, and they took five hours to respond. They blamed their “provider” for the mistake and promised they’d cover my extra costs. That was the last I heard from them. It’s been over two weeks now, and they’re ignoring every message I send.

I’ve been chasing them non-stop, but it’s like they’ve vanished. This company and its shady network (PrimaStay, Stayforless, Booketta, Best Hotel Deals, Hotels Ugogo, Hotelsdeals.com) are a complete scam. They’ll take your money and then ghost you when things go wrong. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid these guys at all costs.

They charged me twice! The website showed me that the room is not available, but charged my card. There was a button "try another room". They charged me for the second time and the room is also unavailable. So they took all my money from my card leaving me without a hotel with a pregnant wife and 1 year ol baby in the car.

After I called them they recognized the problem
After one week i didn't receive any refund they took from my card. No hotel, no money. This is SCAM. This company must be sued, be closed forever and the owners should go to prison forever
