Avoid this company at all costs, you might save £10 on booking through them but their customer service is truly shocking. They are currently withholding a refund owed to me, despite the hotel I stayed refunding over 2 weeks ago. Having to take them through my bank to get the money back! Please for your own sanity avoid these scam artists.

The hotel we booked with is NOT what it was on their web site and the pics! The hotel info/and pics was very deceiving!! I went to check on the room and found that the linens were not even washed it was gross!!! I even have pictures!!! The room next to ours was boarded up and the general area did not look to be in a safe area! We immediately went and asked for a refund once we saw the conditions! I even had the manager to write on my receipt that a refund was to be given but I have only been getting the run around from Booketta and they will not release my refund! I want my REFUND we did not stay at this establishment because they lied about the type of room it was and the cleanliness of it.

Do not use this company. They are awful and don’t care one bit about the customer. Ruined a birthday party and lost $160 cause a room was reached which was sold as pet friendly. They understood none of the inconvenience and didn’t care. AWFUL.

I booked a room at the Westin bonaventure they charged me for a room which I already booked through the site , the supplier did not pay the hotel so I was charged extra , I contacted customer support for 3 weeks straight just to get my refund , I sent them both receipt’s from the hotel & the 3rd party all I got was a run around , after multiple calls back to back they finally checked my receipt 🧾 🧾 and concluded that the supplier did not pay the hotel. Scam!! I eventually got refunded after a month from my stay with the hotel. Never trust 3rd party companies like this one

I made a mistake by bookingo to reservations the same night instead of two different nights and despite the fact, that the policy stated non refunds non cancelation... they where human and comprehensive enough to realize it has a human error and they Cancelled one reservation with full refund in order for me to be able to rebook a second night. They are falsely advertising and are not efficient and responsive. I stayed in a hotel in Miami that looked brand new with pictures. I was changed rooms 3 times and each hotel worse than the other. Blood stains on the sofa beds, roaches, exposed electrical cables, broken closet doors and carpets, kitchen knife had a burn mark and white substance and much more. I asked for a full refund and they proposed 15 percent. Ridiculous. I will seek legal remedies.
