Arrived at hotel for check in, was told room is overbooked. Chargebacm dispute is still ongoing between bank and ugogo. Never again bros.

Daniel is an amazing agent to help out…
Daniel is an amazing agent to help out with my booking issue! Professional and passionate individual! Great experience!
Not a honourable site, more like a scam
Scammers, do not use this site. This site gives hotels higher star rating that they are. I booked with them and 3 nights with Globe Et Cecil in Lyon, left the hotel after one night, the room was filthy with a foul odour. I request a refund for 2 nights, and they kept my money.
I thought I was booking on the hotel's site but I think the hotel redirects the bookings to hotelogical. It looks like the hotel is in with them. DON'T use Hotelogical for booking, they don't honour their contractual obligations and do not investigate the issue. I vacated the hotel booked through their site after one night but neither the hotel or hotel logical reimbursed me for the two prepaid nights, the hotel claimed they did not get the payment from Hotelogical, and Hotelogical claimed than the the hotel Globe Et Cecile claimed that it did not receive a payment from Hotelogical. I am out of $525.00 Again Globe et Cecil is not a 4 star hotel but rather 2 star, and Hotelogical has no proper customer service. am pursuing the issue with Office of Tourism, France and the city of Lyon.
Great Experience
The customer service center worked diligently and provided clear communication the entire process as they worked with the hotel to secure a refund for my issue.
Customer service
I really appreciate of customer service (Razvan) very supportive and caring about customers . Great customer support 👍
Customer service works hard for you
The customer service does their best to provide you with the best service possible. My phone had refreshed between looking and reserving and I mistakingly reserved the 18, instead of the 13! The hotel gave the company a very difficult time, but I was eventually given a refund. I appreciate the effort of customer service!!
Do not book with this this website
Do not book with this this website. It’s a scam. They took 309$ from me telling me they will refund me. Lied to me for 5 days and never gave my money back and cancelled my reservations. Customer service is trash. I had to file a claim with my bank to deal with it
Issued was solved
Daniela was very helpful in updating me on an open ticket.
We got to a hotel that was not up to our standards and I was able to get it all figured out quickly.
Horrible Experiance
I reserved a room through hotelogical. A shooting happened at the college I was supposed to attend classes at during my stay. I canceled on the Tuesday before the weekend that I was supposed to stay. The hotel told me that they were refunding all money for the weekend, with no penalty. Hotelogical said that it would be up to the hotel whether or not there would be a refund. A couple of days later they said that the hotel's response was "negative". Called the hotel today. They told me that they refunded the hotelogical in full. So I paid them and they got all the money back that was paid to the hotel. Then lied to me saying that the hotel would not do a refund. I will never use this company again.
Not a good experience!!
Not a good experience!!! My hotel was canceled. I turned around an booked 2 minutes after they canceled for the same rate. I double paid . I called an explained the inconvenience and the customer service Guy says they don't accommodate for inconvenience!!! An was very rude. I'll stick with name brand bookings from now on. Did I hear EXPEDIA.COM!!!
They will take your money!
I booked my hotel, got the confirmation and everything. Then a minute later I get an email that my booking was canceled, I DID NOT cancel! I find out there was an issue with processing my card. OK fair enough, but I was still charged! They cancel my reservation and still charged me. What is wrong with you!??!??! Thanks to Hotellogical I will only trust the better known booking sites from now on (Hotwire, Priceline, Kayak, Expedia, etc.)
DO NOT use HOTELOGICAL (SMSHOTELDEALS) if you are reserving rooms in MONTANA
I rented a hotel room on Feb 1, 2023 in Montana. Montana is a tax exempt state for everything but vehicle registration. I should of only been charged $88.71 this company charged $118.54, which included $29.83 in tax. I checked with the hotel about the charge and they rung it up as tax exempt but the charge was done by Hotelogical, which means they would pocket the tax amount. I started dealing with this on Feb, 1, and on Feb 17th still no action. My next step is to get them barred from representing businesses in Montana and to figure out how to get them audited for every transaction in Montana that they charged tax on.
I am suing these people
I am suing these people. I booked a room through this hotelogical bulls@#$ and got to my room and looked nothing like the pictures. Room smelled like urine no heat ended up getting another room at same hotel and was worse then the first one. Did not stay at the hotel, had to travel 45 mins to another way nicer hotel I booked through hotels.com. I do not recommend this company for your hotel needs. Now they are saying it won't let them issue a refund which is bull s##t and I am pissed. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau for them to be shut down.

Booked a room in July 2022 for November , Hotel logic thru Booketta ,double charged for my booking and would not work with me to reduce the rate charged.
Will never use them again
I booked a hotel and there was no…
I booked a hotel and there was no reservation, I called customer service and they said they would get back to me in an indetermined amount of time. That's not how hotels work, what is a customer supposed to do, sleep in the lobby? AVOID!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE
I attempted to make a a booking for the Marriott Upper East Side Courtyard for four nights
When I dial the number the representative stated that there was a special of $59 a night and the total would be $159 for four nights.
I asked her several timed if she were at the hotel and she answered yes.
I received an email immediately stating that $1859.65 had been charged to my American Express card.
I called immediately and the representative said that he would issue a credit however there was a $258 cancellation fee which was not mentioned and I was led to believe that I would pay at the hotel.
The represented stated that he would need another office to approve the cancellation fee.
I immediately did a 3-way conference call with American Express in order to get this matter settled immediately.
The incident occurred on October the 9th and as of October 16th the charge still pending had not dropped off.
i will never forgive their theft with silly comment
i will never forgive their theft, its $170 that i paid in vain in a time i needed every single cent, I'm not the first VICTIM, you will see other negative reviews complain same issue.
@Hotellogical please at least leave a logical comment to justify not refund a wrong reservation by your manipulation and deceiving customers in reservation dates.
i even tried to get use of the wrong date you stuck me in but found at that you also cancelled the reservation. so that's a complete theft
Wish I could give ZERO stars.
I would give zero stars if I could. My cousin and I booked a hotel room in July 2022 for October 2022. When we arrived at the hotel on October 8, 2022, the hotel informed us our reservation was canceled in September 2022 and that the hotel emailed Hotel Logic to inform them. We were never informed. We drove hours to our destination and had to drive hours back home because no hotel in the area had a room available. It’s beyond frustrating and they are playing games with my cousin and have yet to refund her, even though they told her on the phone that they would and she’d receive an email within an hour confirming it. We also spent $110 dollars on tickets to activities in the area which we couldn’t stay for due to timing and having to drive back home. Horrendous experience.
P.S. I keep choosing October 8, 2022 as the date of experience but the website keeps pushing it back to different dates. Not sure why.
