I AM AT THE HOTEL RIGHT NOW FOR MY HONEYMOON BUT THE HOTEL SAID THEY CANT FIND MY RESERVATION.... I FEEL SO MUCH DISGRACED WITH MY HUSBAND.... AND THIS IS REALLY NOT THE FIRST TIME THE HOTEL IS TELLING US THEY CANT FIND OUR BOOKINGS, WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH YOUR COMPANY?

Good experience, no problems. It was easy to order the vouchers and they arrived a few days later.

Had a £50 voucher as a gift so we booked a night in Liverpool in mid December. Payed extra to cover the difference in price. The morning of our booking I decided to phone hotel chain to confirm. The hotelchain told us we had no booking in our name, so my wife phoned the hotel direct again they told us we have no booking . I immediately emailed Hotelvouchershop for a responce but they are closed at weekends. They eventually replied about a week later but to this day and after many back and forth emails we have not had the issue resolved. Dont waiste your money. Book direct yourself.

Very fast delivery of the voucher. Voucher looks nice, great as a gift. Have used before and would do so again

Bought as a gift, when going to redeem the hotel was twice the price than going direct to the Hilton :(

I would like to know the status of my reservation because when I apply the hotel he told me that is not found on their system reference is 11595

I’ve been sending emails for something now and not had one single reply trying to tell them that the email they have is wrong and put the correct one we travel on Thursday i’ve Contacted the hotel we are meant to be staying in and they have no reference to our reservation our children bought this voucher for our Christmas present feel very up set as you can’t phone anyone with your concerns you can only email and no one reply’s don’t think I will ever use this site ever again. The only reference I have is order number 5758

Shocking website. I got in contact with customer service to fix an issue with their search - it wasn't showing any results. They fixed that. Then once I found a hotel I liked, I went through the payment process, and that failed. They didn't even try to fix that, and instead asked for my credit card number and security number via e-mail. Very bad security - I wouldn't trust them with my credit card info. I still have a 50 pound voucher for their website which is now useless. Stay clear of this company.

Reply: Ok, if you want to help - update your website so that my payment will work. Please reply here when it is working again.
From reading the other comments here, it looks like you haven't fixed any of the problems indicated by customers, yet you keep apologising as if nothing is wrong....

What can I say. Have been unable to fulfill any search criteria if we put a child under 2 in since the site went down no matter what date or where we put in (despite being able to before their website issues). When we queried this with the company their first response was basically 'try booking without the child' and their second response when we informed them that this was unacceptable was 'book a room for two adults with us where you want to go and then ring the hotel and see if they can give you a cot'. Totally unacceptable. Apparently despite being able to search to include an under 2 they say a lot of hotels may reserve their family rooms for their own direct bookings. Perhaps if you have zero availability to accommodate Under 2s this should be on your website to prevent people like me wasting my money!!

Had a problem with web sit. Contacted customer service and problem was sorted. Hotel booked and I confirmed the booking/payment with the hotel directly. Also checked credit card to make sure no funds used.

Really horrible company as others have indicated. Customer service is appalling, emails just ignored unless in my case you threaten trading standards then they suddenly reply.

Happy to have been able to finally make a booking but the experience was time consuming, stressful and costly (about 30% higher than direct from the hotel).

I suppose the lesson is read reviews before you buy anything.

After trying the website over a number of days to find it not working was finally sent a link this morning which enabled me access, looked to book a standard hotel and was quoted £560 for two nights in June, comparison sites and direct with hotel quoted £213 !!!
Enquired why the difference to be told that they price match but the catch is you have to make the booking, take a photo of the cheaper offer and try and claim your money back.!!
Back to website this afternoon to find the website not working again

I have been trying to redeem my voucher for about 2 weeks now (£100). First of all the site had not facility to book the hotel - site not working. Then it told me my voucher was invalid. Then told me there were no hotels available anywhere on my dates. - site not working. This went on for over a week. Then they told me the site was working again. - Interesting to see photos of beautiful tropical beaches for all of the hotels in Ediburgh city! Then tried to book - it accepted voucher and an additional card payment - then crashed. Had email saying to try again. Just been trying for the past 40 minutes - site saying my voucher isn't valid! Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company like the proverbial plague! Oh, and the same hotel, better room, on booking.com is about £15 cheaper!

This company is an absolute joke. We have been trying to redeem our vouchers worth £500 for past few days but have been very unsuccessful. After emailing them (because you can't phone them) 3 times which then takes 2 days to get back to you. We are finally told there was a problem with website and it was being worked on. You would think that they would have put something else in place temporary for customers until the problem was solved like being able to call and someone doing it from their end manually. But no that's too sensible. Now that it is up and running from this morning we have tried again. At last we have found something we like at £528. Then we had a problem with the system accepting our vouchers. Lol. We then tried again and guess what??? The price has gone up to £552 we decided to still continue but again problems with system accepting our vouchers. Emailed company who said they can't understand it but they can't do it for us either at their end. (PATHETIC) we now tried an hour later and guess what??? the price has now gone up to £662. This is a bloody joke as far as I'm concerned. I will be letting everyone know not to use this company. My sister in law has given us vouchers for the past 4 Christmas's from this company...spent a lot of money...but no more she said. Now I have went into check on Hotels own website & the price for the same room booking direct is only £456. TOTAL SCAM. DON'T USE.

I have been trying to use our giftcard of £150 that we got for Christmas, no dates or locations available, I will be seeking legal advice on this

I thought I had a problem with my phone as no results came up. I changed date and area numerous times and the same result. I came on this site and it seems I am not alone. Total scam.

As per other reviews this is a scam. No availability anytime anywhere and being ignored by customer services. They are still taking payment to buy vouchers with no possibility of them ever being redeemed. Will be contacting trading standards tomorrow.

Can’t redeem my voucher and “no results found” worldwide. So all I’ve basically got is a £200 envelope.....

Have been trying for over a week to book a hotel. At first I could choose the hotel but when I went to pay the difference it took me back to the booking page. I tried several times and then emailed the company on Tuesday. No reply!! I have tried to search again this evening and am being told there are no results matching my search.
Some response form customer services would be appreciated!
