I have been given vouchers for Christmas. I have been looking to book hotels in the mountains in Alberta, At this time with no specific date as everything I type in, I get nothing!!!!! I have sent 4 emails to hotel voucher shop to assist with this and have not received any service or help what so ever. This is very poor customer service.

We do apoloigse that you are struggling to search for hotels. Unfortunately the only way we can search for hotels is by town/city along with arrival dates. This is due to our website being a live booking system with rooms and rates always changing.

Poor choice
The voucher was given to one of our sons - but he was unable to use it in a reasonable way - the price offered by the hotel in Chicago was way cheaper than the price he could have with the voucher. Poor choice.

Confusing when buying for someone else
