My order was never dispatched and after trying to contact customer services multiple times I had no replies. Even tried to contact someone through Instagram and no reply.

Ordered on the 24th November with Tracked 48 hrs delivery and still yet to receive my order. No despatch email either.

Emailed on the 1st December for an update back and recieved a response to say my name and address wasn’t in the system and that they needed this to issue the order ASAP.

Still nothing so followed up on 7th and the email now no longer exists. Messaged the brand and owner on Instagram but no response (wishful thinking).

I’m not bothered about the money (£13.99) - what bothers me is that they are happy to accept orders and take peoples hard earned money without delivering the goods or offering any reimbursement when orders aren’t fulfilled.

Stay well clear.

Still waiting for my order

Extremely dry and creates an inner line after a while making it look tacky instead of softly blending into the lip tissue like a typical lipstick does. Can’t rub lips together due to texture. Looks good at first but by after half an hour I end up rubbing it off with difficulty and returning back to my go-to normal lipstick and liner.

I haven’t recieved my order, I have chased twice and still nothing.

I placed an order 8 days ago with 2-3 day shipping. I received an email saying thanks for your order and I will receive an email when it is dispatched. I have not received an email saying my order is dispatched so I emailed customer services regarding this but have not received a response. This is the first time I have purchased from hot Obre and I’m worried that I will end up losing my money

I wish I read the reviews before buying..

I have received my order and delivery went absolutely fine but the lip kit I order expired in December 2023! We are in June 2024, 6 months out of date. I have emailed twice with no response nothing! Reading the other reviews you either do not receive your order or you receive an expired product. Wish I never ordered from here now but will be reporting to Citizens Advice/Trading standards

Item still not received after two weeks and no reply to emails.

Not received. No responses to enquiries. No refund.

Ordered on 12th may and its now 28th May! I have emailed and still no reply or order! I've ordered from here a few times and I won't be again. I would like a full refund please! And an exclamation as to why its taken so long with no reply to my email

Still haven't received the lipstick I ordered and no one is replying to my emails or Facebook message. So no clue what is going on . I must say it's really odd because I have ordered from you guys before a couple of times a few years ago and never had a problem

I’ve been ordering lipsticks from the website for over 2 years now, however this time I checked the packaging and the expiry date was ‘December 2023’. I immediately reached out to their support team and sent a picture of all the boxes. They replied the following day advising it was a printing mistake as their lipsticks are still in date and they could send new packaging, which I accepted. I’ve heard nothing back since and nothing received in the post either. I reached out to their support on Instagram and sent a message to CC, who advised this will be looked into, but no response received. Their products are very good, that was the reason for ordering them again and again; however, their customer support is not good at all.

This company could improve by actually sending out your order once they have taken your money and actually replying to emails inquiring why you haven’t received your order. They are scammers…. Do not buy from this company
