The actual delivery etc is was fine but the liquid lipstick quality is so bad, it comes off so quick if your drinking or eating and if you put to much on it crumbles away so gutted as the original formula I feel was better

Great feel, non drying, long lasting wear
Loving the swift processing of my order despite Christmas and new year rushing. Lipstick dries smoothly on the lips, fab colours, not so keen on the bits the lip balm leaves on the lips nor the lip gloss, but non sticky gloss and love the ombré effect. Twice as many lipsticks if I don’t wish to use the ombre colours together.

Customs charges as well as delivery fee
As well as having to pay for delivery (which is usually free om orders of this value) I now need to pay a further €22 for Customs! If this is the case delivery should be free

The products are great quality and since winter the customer service has also improved quite a lot, I had two orders and the first was problematic but the second one was delivered fast and I have received all the products. I absolutely can't get enough of the lip balm and the transformer gloss even on its own, they are the best lip products I have ever purchased.
