I’ve never got the product or I’m still eating for it. Will email about a refund or just just getting another product sent out

DONT USE THINK GONE BUST. ORDERED OVER 2 WEEKS AGO TRACKED 24 STILL NO SIGN NO REPLIES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE . STRUGGLING TO BE RRFUNDED

I ordered a lipstick on the 30/11/23 with express delivery in hope that it would arrive for a birthday on the 4/12/23. I have still not received the item as of the 27/12/23 and I have emailed them twice and have still not received any response or refund. Rubbish customer service and very disappointed.

The application goes really smoothly on however after it dries it goes very flaky and makes your lips look very dry. So then you have to completely remove it to apply again which is very difficult to then do.

Beautiful product & great delivery. I got the midnight cherry lipstick and it’s sooo beautiful and pigmented and smudge proof! Can’t wait to wear it this festive season

It's been over 2 weeks e still haven't received our order. I recommended them to my colleague who placed an order for £104. She even paid extra £10 for a quick delivery but yet 2 weeks down the line we are still waiting. We have emailed them at least 4 times and are yet to receive a response. Please do not order by them they cannot be trusted.

Delivery and everything was great. Unfortunately this just doesn’t last me the morning before the middle has completely worn off without me eating or drinking, then after eating the edges have blurred loads and it looked awful so way more than just a touch up through the day.

I purchased the The Starter lipstick kit. It cost 86 pounds/180 AUD on the 20th August 2023. I wanted a tracking number so I emailed Hot Ombre. Numerous emails later, customer support has not replied to my emails. Also, i received an email saying if i want the items tracked to sign up to Shop. The Shop App is another scam. It's now mid September. This is a total scam. Buyer beware. The items were to be delivered to Canberra Australia.

I bought the collection while ago and I’m now obsessed with your lipgloss set especially desert grunge it’s my fav colour I wear it non stop it’s my fav nude colour as that’s my go to I did try the pink but it was bit bright for me prefer a lighter pink and I had to purchase few more stage 3 set as I run out as wear it so much I’m down to only one desert grunge left now so will be purchasing more once get paid

I have been scammed I bought desert grudge and transformer lipgloss on next day delivery which was 9.99 may I add and it’s nearly been about two weeks now and it’s not even in transit I want my money back right now clearly not getting what I paid for shocking

Lipstick that lasts for hours

I love CC, and I think she is very inspiring, and I have followed her for a long time.
This is the fourth time I have purchased the Lip Ombre Kit and the second time I have purchased the Transformer Gloss.
I love the Ombre Kit as it's two products in one and gives you four different looks.
The packaging is luxurious and neat, the quality of the lipstick is nice, it glides on, and the product does not dry your lip, as some other brands do.
There is always an update regarding the order and the date of shipment.

I ordered multiple items in November 2022 and have to date (late March 2023) not received my order. After trying to contact the business many times and through different channels, I have not received any help nor even an answer.
Very disappointed in this experience, will not order again.

Never found another lipstick that had the same staying power. Great value for money
People always comment on how nice the color is
The only downfall is it comes in unnecessary packaging, even though it’s really nice and makes it feel expensive (it seems pointless as you through it away ) maybe reduce the cost of your packaging and pass on part of that saving to your customer
