The reason for the 3 stars is because one of the products in my order was wrong I ordered the Desert Grunge lip kit & got sent Scorched Candy instead I would like the product I ordered please if that's no trouble.

I dont know if the order is just taking very long to get here etc or if I've been scammed! The lashes look amazing but I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still havent arrived. An email was sent to me saying I would get them by 3rd of jan but it's well past then would really just like my lashes

My order came so quickly and I was so impressed with the product.
I tend to get chapped lips the day after using a lip product but I keep looking for the perfect formula for me.
I ordered myself a lip ombre kit and balm. It came so quickly and was an absolute dream to use. It stayed on for absolute hours! I ate and drank on Christmas day and it lasted. My mother in law was so impressed that she asked that I order her one.... Which meant I had an excuse to order myself some more! I now have every colour and I'm annoyed I didn't try these sooner!

The customer service isn’t that great it took 2 emails and social media comments before I had interaction back.
Delivery time is shocking there’s no tracking information either.
I was dubious of other reviews given but seen some good reviews too so decided to take a chance but to be honest I was one of the ones with no order received and £40 gone so would I order again from there…No! If you are one that received your order then that’s great but based on my experience it’s a no go from me.

Great product! lovely colours, long lasting even when eating. Delivery was quick.

I absolutely love the products. But the shipping cost is ridiculous for one item. And it takes forever to get here. The tracking website doesn’t work that well. It says it’s ordered but no progress?

I placed an order on 19th December and 2 items was missing off my order, I've tried emailing, private messaging the hot ombre Instagram page, cc Instagram, commented on pictures etc. to no avail. I really liked my items that I ordered, very disappointed I didn't receive them all. I would like a refund or my items.

Not received it yet so I can’t review it.. One week later and I’ve still not received the product, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything again unfortunately

Ordered and paid for product on 9th December advised 3 working days max. Still no product and unable to contact, email bounces back

The item arrived early and was in amazing condition. I've also used the palette and it blew my mind! Loved it!

Delivery as expected. Eyelashes way too smal to cover my whole eye, I’d say it would only go over half and no, I don’t have big eyes lol

Amazing! I put this lipstick on at 9pm… Fell asleep by mistake and at 11am the next day my lipstick was still looking amazing. Beautiful color and long lasting.
