Robin Hood and his merry men

Robin Hood and his merry men
Please read this
These people are crooks. They have no shame. The staff know they are lying to you on the phone id be ashamed of them if they were my children. Dean has taken money off loads of innocent people and can still only afford a cheap second hand boat and used sports car. Took them to court they offered me 100 pound money back and I had to sign a non - disclosure Agreement to get that !! ( I didn’t take it obviously)
I’ve even had trading standards on the phone asking me about them. The good thing is the people reading this might be saved and just to say well done to all the honest hard working people out there who have saved hard earned cash for a hot tub. If you read this and you’ve lost all your morals and are a convincing liar on the phone I’m sure there is a job selling hot tubs there for you.

HOTPRICETUBS, TUBS2U, LONDON SPAS, HOTPRICETUBS SPAIN ALL THE SAME DIRECTOR

We bought a hot tub from this company in October 2017 despite having serious reservations due to reading poor reviews on facebook. We received personal e-mails (which we still have) from the director of the company Dean Morley so despite our better judgement we proceeded and paid the amount via the finance company. Had several issues regarding delivery - after sales is non existent.
12 months down the line the hot tub is not fit for purpose. We had an independent hot tub company out to look at it and the electrics were all sparking and looked like it was about to set on fire. We now have a long road ahead of taking Morley to court - he has now closed hot price tubs and reopened tubs2u and Londonspas. Do not order anything from this man unless you want to pour thousands of pounds down the drain.

Steer clear Do Not Trust!

Please steer clear of this criminal enterprise! My first Hot tub arrived and within 9 months was leaking and the acrylic surface bubbling. After months of chasing the "aftersales" team I had to track the owner down on linkedin to get any traction. Eventually I was given a replacement and told in writing by Dean the owner that the replacement would come with a new 3 year warranty. Fast forward another 9 months and the replacement hot tubs acrylic shell starts to bubble. Another cat and mouse game starts with the "aftersales" team and I am told the warranty has expired. I informed them of what the Owner had told me and they stated they were not liable for what a "Member of Staff" (their words!) had told me. This is now in the hands of trading standards and also be aware that the Owner has another shell company he has created called Tubs2U.

There should be an option to give minus…

There should be an option to give minus 5 stars! Absolute joke of a company. No problem with ordering or delivery but once they have your cash, they are no longer interested. Tub delivered November 2017, broke down during set up process, never worked. Months of false promises of engineer visits, never replying to emails and calls. Interestingly, when they offered a replacement (which they had no intention of providing), the email re product info came from Tubs2u!! I can't believe the amount of customers in the same position as us. We had an independent engineer review the fault, cheap parts and not even bolted down as they should be. Stay well clear of this company and any others connected with it! We were fortunate to get our money back and will now purchase from a company that actually provide products that work along with some customer service!!!!

Complete con artists

Complete con artists! Going to court with them

Do not buy from these scam artists!!

Also known as Hot price tubs/ Tubs 2 u / london spa

they use second hand parts to fix your tub! It takes months on end to get someone out to do a repair and when you do eventually get someone they only just got the job that week. They promise an engineer week in week out and blame the engineer yet don't book with them. I also found out that the tubs are really thin material. I wouldn't waste your money on this rubbish. They have admitted not answering the phones for repairs and they tell you the finance company have problems so you need to change to another. Sick of their lies now!!! Try calling for a repair and see how long it takes to answer it's a joke!!

Don't bother with them!

Don't bother with them!!

So after seven months of stress, it seems we are one of the lucky ones!

We have received a full refund finally, after the issues with arranging the delivery dates something told me to pay on my credit card and thank God I did!!

Our hot tub was delivered in November, and we happly used it until January when it stopped working! After a number of conversations/emails and arguing over and over again we where told that the heating element had gone, I have to add they never looked at the tub so how they knew this I don't know. After being fobbed off with promised dates of when the engine will arrive and them not turning up, I notified my credit card that we where having issues. They began the claim process under section 75, this has been a long and rocky road in claiming back our money as they processed the payment on the statement as AIG and we have had to fight to get the right out come so beware of this if you try your selves.

After an independent review by a hot tub engineer, he diagnosed that it wasnt the heating element and in fact the motor was the issue.

After further investigation on my part the company who had made the motor, had a large number of issues with the same pump and in fact they had done a product recall which has now finished as they where going on fire!!

I am releaved that after seven months of stress we have finally sorted it, and we can now relax and try and enjoy the item that we bought to relax in

I hope you all get it sorted, please stick with it there is definatly a light at the end of the tunnel

Bought mine in January.....I had initial issues with the pump cutting out and eventually got an engineer (subby) on site who fixed it. It has been ok since.....BUT like all below the customer service is zero, There is no support even if like me you get a tub that does basically work, there is no one that can tell you how to drive it day to day. They are happy to take your money and give you little in return. The build quality is also not great, with the side panels held on with velcro, no insulation of the pipework so high heat loss. It is a waste of time and energy trying to talk to these people as even if they answer they dont do anything they say. They are cheap for a reason so best advice is pay more for a decent company/service.....shop around!

NEVER buy from HotPriceTubs

If I could I would give this company no stars. I have had a faulty element which is making my hot tub, which I bought less than one year ago, trip. I have contacted HotPriceTubs many times and even thought they have emailed me and spoken to me saying they would arrange an engineer, 9 weeks on I am still waiting for an engineer to fix the tub which is incidentally under warranty. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I have now ordered the spare part and will have to fix it myself. Please please please everyone NEVER buy anything from this company.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR

My experience with this absolutely appalling company almost exactly mirrors every bad review below, except my nightmare experience with them goes all the way back to September last year!! Again, the surface was damaged in transit and is still to be repaired, there have been constant leaks and electrical issues including NOT BEING EARTHED!! They used to send their own engineers out but it seems they’ve all left and now they’re trying to rely on sub contracting other companies in my area who clearly don’t want to work with them. And to see on their Facebook page that they’re boasting excellent customer and technical support - what a load of rubbish!! I’m considering trading standards, small claims and now advertising standards complaints. If anyone can advise me, particularly on the trading standards complaint, I’d be grateful. The company is now also know as Tubs2U (classy...) so anyone considering using them may wish to check out reviews under that name.

Don't Use This Company, quick to sell - not on hand to help after.

Just spoke to a girl in the call centre and was told i could not get an engineer out to my faulty hot tub. The reason for this was the 'validation certificate' wasn't filled out last year? yet they sold me a faulty hot tub from day 1, they have been to fix it 3 times and suddenly its not validated to have an engineer out. DON'T BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS- no customer service and spent more time on hold then i would ever wish to with any company. I would score them 0 if i could.

I have been waiting 7 weeks for hot…

I have been waiting 7 weeks for hot price tubs to come out and fix my tub.
I have had every excuse possible.
The agreed to come out on 23rd May and when they didnt arrive I called to be told that this appointment was not agreed.
I have the message to prove it.
They also said an engineer was off sick
They need to order the part
I have asked to speak to a Manager and they are not in the office until Friday.
This is the worst customer service I have ever come across and I won't stop until they resolve the issue.
Please do not buy a hot tun8frpm this company

All in all no support

All in all no support, tub didn't worked for more than 24 hours, now going through credit card company for refund . Looks as if I lost my £400 deposit and will be left with a fish pound in my garden. Promised a call from management in 48 hours that was 2 weeks ago. Stay well clear of this company.
