Paid deposit in April 2017, no communication on delivery. Followed this up with emails and phone calls. Eventually in the 22nd July tub was delivered.
Used the tub on a few occasions and it developed a heater fault! This resulted in further Phone calls and emails to arrange for an engineer. This went on until September!!

Dean Morley posted on FB that they were investing in customer service due to the poor service people had experienced. He also planned a tour of visiting people with the hot tub complaints.
Luckily we were visited 12 weeks after tub developed the fault and this was fixed.
No apology given!! Just the excuse of the company expanded so quickly and this I was the root cause of people’s problems with delivery and engineers.

Our tub worked well from end of September for 4 weeks...... and now it has another fault and can’t be used!!
So here I am again emailing and calling HOTPRICE TUBS with no replies to emails or calls.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

so, yes there were issues but a post on facebook by the MD leaving his e mail address apologised to all for delays issues etc as their demand has totally outstripped the supply. So yes, my tub took 12 weeks to arrive but it arrived and is at least half the price of any other comparable tubs. Had an issue, got a service call a week later. The MD said they were taking on new staff to cope with demand. Come on give these people a break, tubs are brill, cheapest in the country and if there are issues, e mail them call them and appreciate its a growing business, give them a break. Excellent tub, love it and means I have money left for Christmas!! Thank you , the 2 engineers who have visited were fab if not tired, so were the delivery chaps, cant praise them enough. OK had to wait for delivery but hey ho. Its here, installed and if I can just get my grown up kids out and stop having parties I may get some peace and quiet in there myself.

Appalling service. Do not buy from these cowboys!!!!! Delivery set spoke to them on 6 occasions on the lead up to delivery. Called at 430 on a Friday before the Monday delivery to tell me they have placed my order wrong, but agree to deliver then send an engineer as electrician and plumber booked. Monday comes I don’t hear from them so call them only to be told they are now not delivering as they ‘forgot’ to put my tub on the truck!!!! I explained I had an electrician charging for the day and as they knew the plumber had taken my waste pipe off to fit the tub in!! No offer of help or compensation!!! Bad review on fb and it is removed and I am blocked!!!! I have called multiple times and emailed and no response luckily the bank will give me my money back even if they won’t and I will now have to go through small claims to get my out of pocket expenses back!!! I ordered our hot tub at the beginning of April, paid deposit received invoice / receipt advised delivery 8-10 weeks would contact us nearer the time to arrange. Started to feel concerned when heard nothing by 6 weeks. Thinking I had been scammed I kept ringing. Answered with pre recorded message busy blah blah. Kept my nerve held for 65 minutes. Answered girl feigned looking at details advised delivery 11 July will send email in next couple of days. Didn’t happen. Rang again same thing happens. Get all the way to 11 July still no email but promise on phone on the 11th be there by 2.00... 2.00 phone call “van broken down might be able to still deliver will let you know later. Nothing. Ring them next day (don’t answer phone , tried from different number answer phone funny that.. can’t fit in re delivery.. did eventually get the delivery with promise of free chemicals and aromatherapy oils to follow. Never arrived, just drop and run. No instructions (said in box but weren’t) have had to guess everything. Very disappointed. Now 3 months later having problems with heating. After sales non existent. Seriously suspicious of some of these favourable reviews even the delivery lads were complaining.. be careful

Fabulous experience with HotPrice Tubs. Ordering was simple and follow up was spot on. We were on holiday when our tub should have been ready to go but the communication with the logistics guys made it all very straightforward and really saved us a headache.

Can't recommend enough, they've been fantastic.

Cant fault the hot tub provided. Yes it took 3 months to arrive but the communication was good so we knew what was happening.
The big issue is very poor instructions.
It took me ages to work out about how to set the temperature etc.
The downloadable instrucions from BALBOA ARE POOR.
There should be a basic manual available. Tbh i still dont know how to empty it.
The line to call for help cost me £8 waiting and i was next in line. I gave up after 10 minutes.
Product good value. The company side poor.

Waited twice now for delivery... still not turned up... not even a call to say they are not coming

Excellent service , excellent delivery drivers who couldnt do enough to help with lots of humour in conversation . Great after sales and great product. Excellent value too.

Avoid this company, 6hrs late on the delivery date they gave us, plug and play system doesn’t even come with a lead on so electrician needed. Heating element didn’t work from day 1 and engineer failed to show on 2 dates 2 weeks apart without explanation, email or phone call. Citizens advice and legal team now involved and confirmed several similar complaints. Still no response from the company. Appalling customer service, the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Avoid at all costs!!! Terrible customer service! MD doesn’t have any skills to be able run a business!! Take your money and then don’t deliver the right product!! No refund, no compensation!!!
AVOID!!!!

What can I say. I entered a competition that They ran and won . I was asked to choose a hot tub of my choice which I did they sent all relevant information via Mail we chose a delivery date and it was delivered . So far we have not had chance to use it as we are waiting on our electrician to wire it up but I can honestly say we had a good experience . And can't wait to use it thank you hot price tubs The delivery man came very helpful and very friendly.

absolutely shocking service and the aftercare doesnt exist!!! you might pay £2k less for a hot tub but it will cost you more long term, mines 5 months old and stopped working, avoid like the plague - steve mouland

Had my tub a month now and love it, was only 3 weeks late but I could live with that.

Absolutely appalling company, advertised hot tub as WiFi ready only to find once installed it is not. They now do not answer my phone calls or reply to my emails. Their customer service is the worst I have come across I would not recommend this company to anybody

Terrible customers service, hot price tubs called us a week before delivery to tell us that we didn't have a big enough gap by our house and had to order a crane. They arranged to come out to have a look for the best way to get it in but didn't turn up 3 times so we had to rearrange our delivery twice. Our hot tub hasn't even come with a manual - a £3500 piece of kit doesn't even have a manual?! No explanation of how to work it or what to do with the chemicals so it's just guess work. Our hot tub has been turned on for 12 hours and now the dial isn't working. I would not recommend you buy from this company and wish we had bought this expensive bit of kit elsewhere.

Ordered Start of May 17 now mid September and nothing! Communication has been terrible through out, missed the summer after having loads of deck work done going off there spec to accommodate the tub, wish I had gone else where which I am now going to have to do! After further investigation and going on reviews and BBC article I have seen since ordered I have requested my deposit back! Be careful I think this could have got a lot worse had they ever managed to deliver something ! Total let down and hassle! Very annoyed.....

We order the Kensington hot tub very pleased with it at the moment only had it 3weeks had issues with logistics was told 8-10 weeks it took 17 weeks but was worth the wait the delivery guys are outstanding they will try as much as they can to get your hot tub in think the issue with logistics was there are a small company which as grown on Facebook with thousands of people seeing there post and ordering these tubs trust me at first I thought this company can't be true the prices and when we had issues with logistics I thought we are not going to get are tub but we did anyone who's looking for a hot tub then look no further then hotpricetubs looking at the site now it's more professional now with updates ever week keep up the good work and thanks again made are garden brilliant again

We were unsure of ordering from a Facebook company but we didn't need to worry, we have a amazing Hot Tub at an amazing price, still can't find cheaper!! We have the Kennington model with 2 loungers and 3 seats. It does exactly what we wanted somewhere we can go & relax, chat about our day as a family!!
Highly recommend Hot price Tubs, great customer service, delivery guys were very helpful, nothing was too much a trouble for them even when our tub didnt fit under the housing we had built they worked with us until we got it in. Fantastic advice and support via Facebook even out of hrs!!
