Had an inflatable hot tub for a year and decided it was about time to get the real deal. My friend bought one from this company and recommended them and we are chuffed with our tub. Went for the plug and play version because we already had the socket set up in the garden so it was delivered on the morning and we were in it that same night! also got the cover lifter bar but havent had chance to fit that yet.

Never thought about having a hot tub. Didn't appeal to me until we went away for the weekend to a lodge which had a tub and have to say really enjoyed the experience. Since then my wife hasn't stopped pestering me for us to get one and it was only when i saw the company on facebook that i decided to look into it. Was shocked at how cheap the prices were, considering some websites were charging £9000 for one! stopped by the showroom to see them for ourselves and were pleased. Ordered there and then and the tub came 8 weeks later. we love our weekends in it now and really glad i listened to all those hints my wife wouldnt stop dropping!

Very happy customer. Last minute purchase for August bank holiday and managed to get it up and running for family bbq. fits the 6 of us in comfortably. glad the lads showed us how to get it up and running on the day because never had a hot tub before. went for the grey inside and out and it looks well smart under the gazebo. Was a bit sceptical about buying from a company on Facebook but really glad we took the plunge. We told the delivery team that we needed it in time for my husbands birthday and they were very accommodating, even chucked in a bottle of fizz for us to celebrate! For that reason I'd recommend them to anyone and cant wait to continue enjoying our Barcelona hot tub. Just need to finish the garden off now!

Had my hot tub delivered last week, just got round to setting it up. Gotta say, i'm really pleased with the tub itself and the service from this company. My delivery date was changed once, but the office staff kept me up to date and sent me a free pack of aromatherapy oils as an apology which was much appreciated. Delivery lads were friendly and were a good face for the company. Think i've got friends and family now wanting to go ahead and purchase after seeing mine! thanks hot price tubs

Thanks hot price tubs. We love our hot tub. The kids spent the summer holidays in it and we are really pleased with our purchase from you. The Bluetooth speakers are a really good quality, we were happily surprised with how good our music sounds through them and we are looking forward to the cold nights drawing in because we are going to be spending winter in it too!!!

I received my hot tub roughly a month ago, Although the lead time was slightly longer than i would have expected, I am very happy with my tub, we've used it many times my family and I really love it!
Slight difficulty at times getting hold of the delivery team but the over all experience with this company was good, especially with the girls in sales.

We ordered a hot tub from Hotpricetubs a few months ago. We did have a small issue upon delivery and it turned out that our tub being delivered that day wasn't in stock. We spoke to the manager who was brilliant and really understanding. He explained that the tub we ordered wasn't in the country however he upgraded us to a bigger hot tub and arranged for it to be delivered in less than a week (our choice of day). We are extremely pleased with our hot tub and impressed with the way they dealt with their mistake. Excellent customer service skills

Very pleased with our hot tub, delivery guys very helpful. Instruction PDF needs to be printed and could be a bit more clear but otherwise very positive experience.

Hot Price Tubs delivered on time within a 1 Hour window. The tub is great and everyone who has been in it thinks that it cost me much more. LED lighting in the controls is a nice touch too. The installation day was made so easy as I followed all the instructions from the web site. I have had Hot Tubs for the last 12 Years so this is the best yet the Kensington sound system run off Blue tooth is a great sound too I was really surprised. Proven heating system from America was a major selling point for me as that is at the heart of a well working tub. If you want value for money then look no further as other overseas makes tend to overdo the specification like insulation for the artic not needed in the UK. Keep up the good work and I will be back next time I fancy a change but not for many years yet. Thanks Mike

Dreadful service - ordered in April. Excuse after excuse as to why the tub is not ready to be delivered. Eventually delivery date us agreed & again no tub. Bunch of Cowboys - now to try & get deposit back

Still a week later no contact, checked logistics email again...did I get the wrong date? Month? Even year 😂 NO I'm not that stupid haha
Yes I was for ever ordering from them in the first place.
If want to believe the other positive reports on here ask yourself are these people real? Where are there joyous pictures of their hot tubs on their facebook pictures.
So now starts the next chapter in this saga getting my deposit back there are several ways via your bank if you paid via visa(yes you can ask your bank for a reversal of funds due to breach of contract) small claims court at a cost of £35, if you paid via Paypal or Credit Card they can take it up with company themselves. Breach of contract includes inappropriate waiting times for your product to arrive after payment. Failure to deliver at agreed time, failure to deliver 30 days after initial failed delivery! If you received you hot tub and it is not fit for purpose and you are waiting....for repair....then you are covered under the sale of goods act 1975 interesting read!!

Dreadful sales experience and after sales even worse.
Unreliable product, I am currently in the process of claiming my money back and returning the product.

Great communication and had a good deal. Slightly longer wait than what we would have liked but we did buy when they had a bank holiday special on. Delivery went very smoothly and nice guys. Well done.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!
Ok, here's the story so far, deposit paid May 27th, all seems good so far, receipt comes through and shortly after an email saying they will be in contact for delivery, so the lead up for delivery passes and no contact until I ask the question, they say 14th August between 10am and 2pm, so I organise a crane to get the tub in and an electrician to get it wired up, guess what HPT are a no show and crane and spark depart having been paid for hanging about for 5 hrs. Once again I get in touch and they tell me the 24th August between 12 noon and 4pm, again a no show and once again the crane and the electrician depart after a very easy afternoon.
My next step will be to try and prize my deposit back from this very unreliable company.

Still no tub or response from HPT, when I ordered the tub I took a 12 months interest free payment option so when I received an email from the finance provider saying they would be taking the first instalment in September as delivery had been made I called them immediately to say otherwise, what seems more of a worry is that the operator didn't seem all that surprised as he opened up a dispute against HPT, so at this moment I would suggest that as HPT have obtained a deposit from me, and payment for the item from the finance company but not delivered the goods they are acting fraudulently against both parties, I'm glad I did not pay in full at time of my order. WHAT A MESS!!!
4th September
Well HPT have missed another "confirmed" delivery date, the excuse, the van broke down again, blew a gasket at the logistics manager and cancelled my order and have asked for my deposit to be returned as I regard HPT to be in breach of contract now.
6th September
Trading standards are now involved and on side with applying pressure to HPT to return my deposit, going to give them 10 working days for the money to show or the next step will be the small claims court.
