After researching hot tubs in great detail, at first I was a little bit dubious as to why this company offered such competitive prices; however our hot tub has exceeded our expectations!

Excellent customer service, both before and after our purchase, it was delivered and set up in a professional manner and in the agreed timescale.

Any questions after installation were answered immediately and although we bought in August last year, today I asked advice about what mode to leave our hot tub on whilst on holiday and this was answered immediately.

We didn't anticipate how much use we would get from our hot tub and I imagined that the novelty would wear off but this is definitely not the case. We spend quality family time together almost every night, I would definitely recommend a hot tub to any families with teenagers - it keeps them off their phones and out of their bedrooms and makes them talk!

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and their quality hot tubs. Thank you.

I have been very very disappointed with the service we have had and going to try and be completely honest.
Ordered a hot tub in January and had to chase and chase for delivery.
The Facebook contact was fantastic and they always replied with a few hours but thinking that's aimed at selling a hot tub.
When we were given our delivery date, which was a little later than expected 4.4.17 we were all so excited to finally have it.
Credit were credit is due they were very very friendly and put it all in position.
When we asked them to connect it they said they weren't engineers and would fix the cable to the hot tub but not the 32 amp box.
They left - I had to go out and while I was out I got a call DONT connect it as they hadn't done it correctly and someone was coming out tomorrow !!!!!
We were very disappointed. The following day someone came out,again very helpful but he didn't understand or was an electrician and was told he was out to fit a cover over the electrics and to put up all the side panels as they hadn't been connected properly !!!
He came and went.
I'm my opinion the end side panels need 3 screws on each panel as only having one makes it very filmsy.
We filled the hot tub up that evening - as we had been delayed a day and I was going on holiday I didn't get a chance to go it.
The flowing day Friday my husband sat in it was trying out the controls ,to suddenly have a lot of water come out.
I left a message with the Facebook contact number and called.
We are now a week after we have had the hot tub delivered - we call them 3 times a day and we still don't have a guaranteed day for them to come out to sort it.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement - we are getting excuses after excuses.
I was told they don't have a lot of staff and it seems are so busy that they can't cope with the issues.
All we want is a hot tub that works.
Or now I'm thinking about sending the hot tub back and asking for my money back.
The hot tub looks fantastic and we were so happy about getting one but perhaps you get why you pay for !!!
If our issues are resolved I will leave a different review and I do feel bad about writing this but it seems bizarre they can message me for a review but can't tell my husband when they are coming out !!!
I can't believe the only guy who understand the workings of them was away Monday and Tuesday and so far we have had to call them at least 3 times to try and sort

UPDATE - 3 weeks today, still broken.
2 people came out last Wednesday to fix and the first time it was used on the Saturday ( 5yr and 3rd old ) the pipes burst again.
All water out this time
Have emailed them and they replied on Monday give us 24 hours for emergency appt.
Emailed them today as I'm in Orlando on holiday - no reply.
If it's not fixed by the time I get home or replaced I will want a refund as it's not fit for sale.
Hoping I've just been unlucky and every one else's is ok

Ordered Oct 2016 and delivered Jan 2017, only had to wait as colour we wanted was not in stock. Was very nervous after paying deposit and waiting as you hear so many things about ordering on-line, gave me time so sort base and electrics out. When delivering time approached I was bombarded with delivery information and nothing was too much trouble, delivery guys were ace and went through everything I needed to know. I had to ring couple of days later as being stupid could not work out the chlorine/ph and was sent separate idiot guide. Everyone that has seen it cannot believe the price, looks fantastic now with custom built house around it and living a millionaire life style on lemonade budget lol.

Spent ages looking at hot tubs and came across hotprice hot tubs who were brilliant on price. From start to finish was kept informed of delivery dates. The tub itself is fantastic have had great use from it.. have recommend them to all my friends..

I am local to the hot price tubs show room in Eaglescliffe so I was able to see the hot tub I wanted in the showroom before purchasing. The sales girls were great and really helpful. Delivery was great and not as long as expected and the drivers were friendly and helpful. We have had our hot tub for 3 months now and we are so in love with the quality of the product and the fantastic staff. Thank you hot price tubs!

got my hottub just before xmas 2016..and we love it!! fab service, lovely delivery lads who were very patient explaning everything a couple of times, and the hottub runs like a dream...we took advantage of interest free credit too...which has enabled it to be affordable for us!

After purchasing a hot tub from "Hot Price Tubs" based in Stockton on Tees but have also just opened a show room in Hartlepool are not a professional caring company, we purchased this on the 25th May 2016. Our hot tub when delivered, slipped off the airbag, they (hotpricetubs) said its okay. Then we realised on the instructions they have sold us the incorrect hot tub and we showed them the invoice. After that, with the same hot tub the radio wouldn't work, they said they would buy us a radio to put on the side, my husband eventually got blue tooth working. Then the hot tub on another date, stopped working with us sat in it, it just stopped and everything shut down. They came out again to repair it, when they arrived they arrived with a young kid in college who was training to be an electrician. They pulled the side panel off and said, okay fix it to the young lad, the lad said I am not fully qualified and I am scared. In the end they asked if we had any electrician tape to tape the wire up, then they put the back on and left. Then one of the jets was not working, only to find out there was no hole where the jet was, they came out again after initially making a statement that it was not their hot tub they sold us, they eventually repaired it.

Then on the 9th January 2017, I went to go into the hot tub and it wasn't working. We immediately got in touch with hotpricetubs yet again, to be met with. Sorry you don't have a warranty, you only have components only. We said no sorry that is untrue, we have a warranty and you have been out previously to repair this so why not now. They said, sorry we do not have an engineer and wrote it in an email, then they said our components should be with us today or in the next few days but we have to fit it ourselves, even with the comments of "its easy to fit anyone can do it". We stated that we would not touch electrics. We continued this dispute and hired an engineer to look at the tub, only to find the underneath had been on fire. We then phoned them back up and stated its been looked at by a professional and hotpricetubs did not want to know. I even stated that our sixteen year old daughter went into this tub, they inconsiderate uncaring ways said a lot, they said they didn't want to make this personal and said they don't want to speak to us again and hung up.

The owner Dean Morley (hotpricetubs) then phoned us up again, said that they will now get the tub repaired as the engineer now has our parts but he is in Dorset. I said look Dean I don't believe you anymore, in an email you stated you didn't have an engineer and then you said the components were being delivered direct to our door which we haven't received to date. So what you are saying now is the engineer you don't have was waiting outside our front door to receive the components that were sent direct to our door and this engineer that you didn't have, has now driven to Dorest/England? I said look Dean you are a consistent liar.

We then started court proceedings and they were served with the papers on 4th February 2017. We did not hear anything and today they have phoned us stating that can they settle out of court, as you know we don't have trust in these people any longer so we just playing it as it comes but we are not closing down court proceedings until we/they have settled this dispute and money is literally in our bank. So the case continues to date!

I have noticed that people are leaving reviews after only having the item for a few weeks, a true review is after a lot of usage, provide reviews after six months and then lets see if the reviews come back the same. Quick fix reviews after a month or a couple weeks, could be hotprice tubs submitting dishonest reviews.
