Provided a great service for my grandmother and a great quality product

We would like to say what a fantastic company with amazing service, Andy and all your work colleagues are so thoughtful helpful and friendly. We would recommend hot tub studio very highly. This is our third hot tub from this company over the last 12 yrs and we would always use them again and again. So a massive thank you all.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable team. Delivery and installation was professional throughout. Would highly recommend Hot Tub Studio if you are considering a hot tub purchase. Customer service and satisfaction appears to be their primary driver.

I recommend the Hot tub studio, extremely helpful from when we were first looking all the way to purchase and delivery. The tub was lifted over the house by a crane which was amazing to watch. We are so pleased with our jacuzzi and the service from Hot Tub Studio.

Amazing! From the second we walked in (just to have a look around) we was well greeted by Andy and there was no pushy sales or persuading to do so like most places, me and my partner was left to look around in our own time and then when we wanted answers or a better understanding then Andy wasn’t to far away and he was great with everything very professional, with good communication, any how we ended up ordering a jacuzzi that day after seeing the one set up and running there we had to order that one! Even to now the after service is just great always seems to have time for us to help or to advise us! Wouldn’t go anywhere else... keep it up!

From first encounter in the showroom through to site-visit and subsequent installation, Andy and team provided five star service. My wife and I travelled far and wide in the Midlands and Oxfordshire seeking our perfect hot-tub. The conclusion of all our research and wet tests was Jacuzzi No. 1 with Hot Tub Studio outstanding. The on-site tutorial immediately after installation was really helpful and friendly after/sales follow up went the extra mile.

We looked around a number of suppliers in our search for a hot tub and came across Andy’s business. From the start he explained all aspects of hot tub purchase, use and maintenance. He was knowledgable, honest and rightly committed to the Jacuzzi brand. We quickly identified what we were looking for, guided by the advice we were given and our budget. The tub was stunning, business concluded quickly and delivery arranged to suit our diary and commitments. Delivery was dramatic. The tub was safely craned over two neighbouring properties and installed without issue. Installation came with instruction and advice. Then came the fun. We have had many great evenings in the tub, even brought in the New Year with a glass of wine. The tub has been fabulous fun and a great place to just chill and chat. The entire experience has been stress free and enjoyable. We continue to get advice and support from Andy and highly recommend him and the company for supply and product quality. Thanks Andy

I bought my hot-tub from Andy 13 years ago and it rates as one of the best investments I've made. The pleasure it has given myself, family and friends over the years cannot be overstated. The support from Andy and his team has been consistent as has the supply of replacement parts and chemicals. I would recommend Andy for the depth of his knowledge of the hot-tub market.

We really couldn't be happier with our J375 supplied by Andy and his team at the Hot Tub Studio. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi after wet testing a number of brands. We found the overall experience in a Jacuzzi a good step up from anything else we tried. From start to finish Andy has been a real gent, the after sales experience far exceeded expectations and we would recommend Andy and his team in the highest possible regard to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We are delighted with our latest addition to the garden. A jacuzzi ip225. Sapphire leisure have been amazing from the order process to delivery. We purchased it from the hot tub studio Warwickshire office and we live in Wales! ( I was just passing by) They delivered it when we asked them to and installation was done by two great guys. I am sooo pleased I picked a jacuzzi hot tub. I initially put a deposit on a cheaper model elsewhere but cancelled it when I saw the the quality and the 'not so big difference' in price. I had a lucky escape! The whole family enjoy it and the layout of the 225 is just perfect as it has a large footwell. Ideal for grandchildren. The swivel seat acts as a sturdy step when getting in tub which is great, as it's flat. Love it. Thank you for a great service. Will highly recommend.

I have been interested in a Jacuzzi J-375 for a while now and have had the pleasure of viewing the excellent website and then visiting the store.
The sales team could not be anymore friendlier and happy to answer all questions during my visit and the numerous subsequent telephone calls i made with further answers to be sought, all this without the hard sell, which personally is very off putting. Once i was happy that i had satisfied myself with the purchase, Andy in his own low key but professional way sorted the payment and arranged the delivery slot.
The delivery team are truly amazing ambassadors for the company, professionalism, knowledge and quality ethic was second to none. They were with me for 3 hours, had to wait for the hiab! which i had arranged. This to them was no problem as they discussed the maintenance and checks to ensure the tub runs smoothly. Once the tub was in position, the team worked some magic and before i knew it, the packaging was away, tub full and the boys with a big smile were going back up the motorway.
This company is without doubt excellent, i could not recommend their attention to detail, knowledge, skills and understanding high enough. Truly amazing experience which makes the using of the tub even more enjoyable. Many thanks Andy and the team.

I first visited the showroom earlier this year. There was a very good display of hot tubs on display including a wet spa. I was greeted and shown the range of tubs they had. There was no hard sale push that you normally get which was most pleasant! I decided to gather information and received a couple of brochures that were most informative on the models I wanted to look into in more detail. After a week or so I called to book in a wet test. What an experience. The privacy was great and a curtain placed across the room for my convenience. I tested a Jacuzzi J-335 which happened to be the one I was after. Lots of features including the special jets that gave me the massage I was looking for. The sound system was also high quality. After the wet test I talked over 0% finance, again with no hard sales trying to get me to buy. After thinking about it I decided to purchase. The delivery was booked and the delivery team came on time. They could not be more helpful. Set up everything and went through how to use and all the functions. It was all up and running in about three hours. From the sales right through to the install I have been very happy with the service and quality of the product and this company. I would recommend to anyone.
