Good product
Due to the size of the cover the flimsy cardboard box had been dragged along the ground. The corner of the box had worn away and the surface of the new cover was damaged. I assume the cord tied to one of the cover securing straps is perhaps where the keys should have been, these were missing. The cover looks to be well made, it was very expensive with all the optional extras and only time will tell as to how good it really is.

The customer service is shocking
The customer service is shocking, I even had the phone put down on me for requesting a phone call rather than an E mail to advise when my damaged hot tub lid would be collected for repair.
I have never experienced customer service this bad!
My advice would be to avoid like the plague and go straight to the manufacturer for hot tub lids -coversfortubs
They were great wish I’d known about them as it would have saved time and money and a whole lot of hassle.

Cover inserts took 6 weeks to arrive
Cover inserts took 6 weeks to arrive. Didn't call me back with ETA after asking twice and on week 5, I managed to speak to a lady who still couldn't tell me when I might get them and didn't seem at all bothered. I said I couldn't run a business like this.

It stated quite clearly on the website when you placed your order that covers and inserts take 5 - 6 weeks unless you pay for Express Delivery. We can only give you the information that we have and your inserts were delivered within the advertised time frame.
