Give me an alternative to Hermes please!
Only one complaint re your otherwise excellent service - your use of Hermes couriers. Whilst they may be fine elsewhere, where I live they are awful. My delivery from you was delayed 2 days without tracking giving any reason, and then was finally delivered to a random neighbour that I don't know who lives over half a mile away, complete with a scribbled note on the parcel that the courier would not come down my lane, despite having gone down a similar lane to mis-deliver it to the random neighbour. The Post Office and every other courier company deliver to me, but not Hermes. I will not use you again if there is no alternative to Hermes.

Called them 45 minutes after their next day deadline, asked if they could still get the goods to me (also 30th December), they processed the order and got it to a courier for next day delivery. Fantastic service !! Also good sale discount on what I needed so win win for me. Many thanks and will definitely be using them again.
