The chemicals ok but not service
The chemicals are okay but when I ordered a filter cleaner, it just wasn't as described and didn't work for my type of filter very well. So I wanted to return it - the "customer service" could not have been more rude and unhelpful.
It wasn't that they could only accept a return via courier, not by me personally, but the attitude of how annoyed they were that a customer wanted a question answered and could have really done with some support and help. They were offhand and irritated, offered no help whatsoever either with the product which was simply not very good, nor with returning it.

I am sorry that our warehouse is not in a position to accept returns from the pubic in person, but that is not unusual for an on-line retail business. In fact I can't think of a single on-line business that does accept personal returns. It is simply not possible to 'helpful' when your request just cannot be granted.
We had offered you product help and advice previously by email, so that you could understand how to use the product with your filter. The product is, after all, used very successfully by hundreds of our customers. But, you simply wanted to return it, which is absolutely fine , and we had emailed you full instructions on how to do that.
No further help was sought during your phone call, you simply wanted to find out how to return the product in person and that is just not possible.
