The product arrived in good time and is working well in my spa

I have been using Hot Tubs UK as a supplier for a number of years. I was recommend Eco3Spa. The product left the water green with a light odour. I rang Hot Tubs UK for support and spoke to the owner. All was told to do, above what I have already done, was re flush the system with another cleaner at extra cost to me ie buy more cleaner from them when I was told 1 should work! I only have a small tub. Nothing was offered. Very disappointed.

The service was great and the hot tub cover was really good quality

The product is great but having paid about £50 extra for delivery within 15 working days it did not arrive until a week later than that. I emailed HottubsUK to ask if they would be refunding the extra charge for express processing but unfortunately they have not even replied hence only one star.

Bought a Hot tub cover which is perfect for my hot tub, only problem was told it was being delivered on a Friday then a day earlier and it arrived the next Monday, They had vehicle problems but should have let me know.

Excellent service, delivery guy could not have been more helpful, cover just a bit lighter and slightly flimsier than we had expected. It is a perfect fit and really insulates the tub very well. We would recommend, price was very competitive.

Rang up to track progress of delivery via Hermes as I have had a number of issues with then before. Anyway I Got a very stroppy lady who answered the phone in the Customer Care team. It took 5 working days to arrive which is simply ludicrous for a courier company with a delivery in East Sussex and not Outer Mongolia ! Hermes delayed the parcel by 1 or 2 days and I could not an explanation as to why that was despite my attempt to do so! The customer care lady actually had the gall to put the phone down on me whilst I was talking which is an utter disgrace in my view, she was not prepared to listen, she clearly has grown a pair! This is why people choose Amazon to do their shopping as I have never had an attitude problem with amazon. I was not rude so no justification to stop listening and put the phone down ! No doubt they will respond with some cock and bull story trying to wriggle out of their appalling behaviour ! I would avoid use these amateur online retail store. No vet ever had this issue before ! Free delivery means a long wait so check first before ordering, my order value was £110, You have therefore lost my business in the future!
