No problem with the quality of the items from H of B.
Well packaged and promptly despatched.
But H of B need to look at the charges for delivery and returns.
Delivery is £4.95 and I've just paid £5.85 signed for service to return one item.
I think this is a bit excessive, please review the returns policy.

Shockingly bad quality,
Wrote to them twice with my experience, no reply. So, ok, I promise to keep my money away from House of Bruar.
Item: ladies hat £49.99 stitching unravelled itself after 2 wears.
The person I gifted to thought I had bought it from a charity and that it was made by helpers or similar!

The clothing bought is well made. The quality is superb. Ordering is straightforward. A family company with high standards; I was surprised to receive the said item in a plastic bag, rather than the cardboard boxes that used to transport such pieces. Granted the coat was in the sale, but it diminished the joy of receiving an article I had been anticipating. It felt like any other clothing parcel from cheaper stores.

Good quality pull on skirt and a lovely colour ( cream with coffee coloured stripes) also a lovely scalloped edge sleeveless cardigan. Sizing was right and delivered by Royal Mail who are brilliant . Wish I had got the skirt in both colours.

2 tee shirts bought last year which were great. Good quality cotton and fitted well. so thought I was buying the same shirts again. Sadly the new ones are thinner stretch material causing them to cling to the body.
I will keep them though.
