Shopping Experience: Honest review
The overall experience was good. Although, there was an issue with the website not show some option via the search. I had to go into a product description and select from the "similar options" to get the product I wanted.
Initially, I did not receive order confirmation for 2-3 hours after I made the purchase. But, I contacted Indya team via whatsapp and they were very helpful in tracking the order and updating me . An employee also reached out to me the next day to update me on the order and ask if I had any other concerns.
I can't review the product yet, but the shopping experience and customer service was very good.

The product images have good resolution, which is very helpful.
One suggestion: it would be great to have a filter based on expected delivery date. I have an event in the US on June 10, and I had to open each product page individually to determine whether the delivery timeline was 10, 15, or 30 days. Having a delivery-date filter would make the shopping experience much more efficient and prevent customers from spending time on items that cannot arrive in time.
Also, could you please confirm that my submitted orders will be delivered before my event date? That would be greatly appreciated.

Good prices and variety...average stitching
Service is good...customer care did respond, if not immediately...but I was disappointed with the stitching quality...its poor even after giving clear directions on size...however I did get a 30% refund but it beats the overall experience.prices are competitive compared to others so can give it try especially if staying abroad.They do have latest trend catalogue.

Overall I am very happy with the product.The website functionality is poor as I specifically did not want “ cancans” added to my selection and every single one included a cancan. I ordered custom stitching and the staff/communication is excellent. They really tried to get it correct but there were some problems with fitting and design. That is just a function of distance and limitations of google form. The price is unbeatable. No one should be expected to get $5000 silk lengha for $100, but it truly appears as if the complaints online are about quality; when really individuals are ridiculous in their expectations. It is a legitimate company. I ordered the storage bags—don’t they are not even good ziplock bags. Custom jewelry was good value ( again not top quality but you should realize that from the price point.
