If I could give them 0 stars I would be more accurate. I placed an order in May and immediately emailed them to make sure I would have my item for vacation. They responded quickly and let me know I would have it in time. Trip came, no swimsuit. I sent multiple emails asking where my suit was got no reply. Commented on social media and my comments got deleted. Sent direct messages on IG and my messages never got opened. They take your money and you get no product. They pay for there followers and the only real following they have is people who are innocent and assume they will get a good quality suit that they advertise on one of there "barbie like Instagram girls". They only post pretty made up people. Also pay no mind to the literal ONLY positive review on this site. The owner and her are friends so it's basically bull and a set up

Beyond horrendous customer service. Ordered my suit end of April for July long weekend. They told me it was scheduled to ship may 31. Than i get the shipping email that it's shipped June 8 okay fine than after 10 emails asking for my tracking which you pay for!! they tell me 5 business days later oh we tried to express it with a courier company but you had a po box so they held the package than I immediately email back with my physical address and confirm my po box and ask them to overnight or priority ship I would pay the extra no response after 8 emails than they finally email me a tracking number and say oh we thought you had it obviously not I emailed you 8 times than I see they didn't ship it until the 26th! Now my suit won't be here until after the long weekend. I even called canadapost to see if they could get the package at the next stop and I wouldn pay to overnight it but they can't do that it needed to be done when the package was sent. Which I would've paid for! Maybe the suit will be great but it won't make up for my disappointment that it didn't arrive for the event it was ordered for 2 months in advance or the complete lack of response. I've
Dealt with plenty of luxury companies and for a "LUX" company this leaves something to be desired. Save your money I'll stick with beachbunny etc from now on.

Ordered 120.00 of swimsuits on sale. They get you by promoting 50% off on their Instagram. It's been 6 weeks. They are scammers and wise to tell you the items are custom made so wait 4-7 weeks for shipment. By then you can't dispute the charge. Sent emails and gotten no response whatsoever. Do not buy. Don't give away your money because you will not see your product.

I ordered a swimwear last year in December and the product that Smooch Swimwear delivered was a total disappointment: the swimwear was poor quality, the color of the bikini doesn't match with the bra. The product arrived with delay, even if i paid for rush shipment (total order $700 including transport).
I will never ever recommend ordering anything from Smooch to anyone.

Spent $600 with smooch last year and I am still waiting for my order! If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm furious they haven't replied to emails I get no consignment tracking number nothing. They are happy to take your money and not give you the contents. DO NOT BUY from smooch swimwear it is beyond a scam!!!

Smooch if you see this please email me back job number 2829 you do not need any further details to contact me if your team is organised. I have been in contact with your social media (instagram) as you block messaging via Facebook. It is clear to me there is something wrong if you make it difficult for your customers to contact you. I suggest you also compensate your customers by shipping express with no additional charge, I have missed 2 summers now! Completely pointless I do not even want my stupid package anymore I just want my money back 😡

This business started off doing well but clearly something changed because business is pathetic! If I could 0 starts I would! My story is the same as all these others . No email responses . Months pass and no item sent. I know the owner though someone and wrote her directly and no response. It's poor business and coward customer service. My item when it finally showed up after threatening to do a charge back ended up not even being the item purchased. It's sad . I'm embarrassed for them. I'm embarrassed for Carmel cuz I really liked her and wanted to see her business succeed in Toronto. But clearly it needs to return to old ways .

Horrible company and no customer service! I also have an order I have been waiting on. I was told it would be a month but now it has been 4 months and I can not get anyone to respond to my emails. I wish I would have read other reviews before I ordered.

I have been a customer for almost for years now and love Smooch. The wait times may be longer sometimes but the pieces are handmade and absolutely beautiful . I have asked for rush orders before and they always accommodate me . Everyone I know shops with Smooch and has nothing but good things to say. The bad reviews I have seen on here seem like a disgruntled customer and nothing more
There is a reason everyone copies Smooch designs and you see the pics everywhere and a reason it's a known brand around the world . Actually I was on vacation in Dubai and someone recognized my suit as Smooch , and it's not the first time

I have been emailing them again and again and again regarding an order,they have totally ignored me.They do not have a phone number on the site,I feel very unsafe about the order I placed,we are talking about very expensive items and you get worried by knowing that you can't find them anywhere!!!

it took 5 months for me to receive my order, 3 out of 6 bikinis were poor quality and could not be worn when taken up with the owner she claimed because I bought them on sale there as nothing she could do and that I was being too picky with my order. not only that she told me i would receive them in jan when i didn't i emailed her in feb then was told the package was shipped out she would have to look into it...almost two weeks later she responded back saying she would express ship me a new package because they could not find the last one.. a week after this she finally sent them out and now that i finally have them she will not offer me a refund on the items. worst experience ever.. i purchased these for a trip and now have had to spend more money buying something local.
