DO NOT GET FOOLED
This is one of the worst decision that I made by choosing to pay over £300/ month for nothing ! I’ve signed a contract with them for an year and set up my account that didn’t work for day one ! Struggling and wasting a lot of time in meeting with them that in the end to get some leads out of London ! These guys are a completely joke ! I’m not sure what they’ve done to have this rating but from my experience this is NOT suitable to landscape companies at all !

Despite several attempts to start a communication with Houzz, here we are with continuous disappointment and continuing receiving fake leads / spams. I wish we could share the screenshot with the amount of fake leads we received. No sign of apologises from Houzz received or refund of at least all the months we paid to receive spams. Once again, please don't don't sign up to this rubbery. @Houzz: since there is not function to reply to your answer to our previous review, just kindly get back to us on our million requested instead that pretending you care here. they force you to pay a lot of money, there is no reminder about the end of the trial period! I am absolutely outraged - I do not recommend it, do not create an account here, you will be scammed!

Even the App - doesn’t work properly, there is no contact option, application is hard in use.

£8k invested in to sh**t!
It's a completely hopeless program and most likely generates leads themselves, we haven't received a single job for that spent such an amount of money!
And now there is an auto renewals that no one will tell you about, the account manager is completely hopeless, she was gone for half a year, we dont hear anyting from her, by the wnd of agreement they won't even tell you that after 12 months the payment starts automatically be taken from your bank... it's all nonsense! All companies, insurances and other institutions announce new payment prices and terms, everyone is silent here and waits until the last minute to withdraw your money...
avoid such apps as far as possible!!

Business are closed or non existent, yet they keep it as business is operating. Remove listing of company is closed !!!

Isigned up for the services provided by Houzz, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. As a customer, I feel compelled to share my concerns and disappointment with the platform.

Firstly, the 12-month lock-in period is a significant commitment, and I expected the services to justify this duration. However, I have encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied. My primary concern revolves around the quality of leads provided by Houzz.

Over the course of my subscription, I have received only three leads, and none of them align with the services I provide. It is disheartening to invest time and resources into a platform that does not deliver leads relevant to my business. The leads received were not only irrelevant but also failed to meet the standards I anticipated when signing up with Houzz.

As a customer, I value transparency and effective communication. Regrettably, I have found the customer support to be lacking in addressing my concerns adequately. Attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with limited responsiveness, leaving me frustrated and questioning the value of my subscription.

In light of these issues, I would caution other potential users to carefully consider their decision before committing to Houzz's services. The lack of quality leads and unsatisfactory customer support has greatly impacted my experience, and I believe that such concerns should be taken into account by those considering this platform.

I hope that this feedback reaches the appropriate channels within Houzz, and that improvements are made to ensure a more positive experience for users in the future. As it stands, I cannot recommend the platform based on my personal experience.

Houzz team from the beginning have been very helpful and positive in all areas from helping set up web site to marketing tips
And there system is really helpful on building a structured business approach
On areas specially if you are short on time
And having dedicated account manager is so helpful I highly recommend

Abysmal auto renewal policy.
Haven’t heard from them in 12 months and then when I tried to cancel after the 12 months had passed, they tell me I can't cancel because they have auto renewed it and I needed to inform them before, even though when I asked at the beginning of the contract they said I could cancel after the 12months.

Not once have I received a reminder letter or email to inform me that an auto renewal was to take place which they must do for auto renewals.

They clearly have these auto renewals in place as they provide a poor service that hasn't benefitted our company in any way whatsoever.

AMAZING RESOURSES FOR ANYTHING HOME DESIGN...

Lizzie is always helpful and available, it is easy to set up for our needs within the Houzz platform with Lizzie's help. The Houzz service has been so beneficial to our business and the clients are always of a high standard. We will be staying with Houzz long term.
