Door was there on time and collection was easy and without any hitches

Such a great branch. From choosing the kitchen to sorting out any niggles. I have been dealing with Emma and Simon with regards to my cupboards and they have been so helpful, efficient and kind. Emma has taken the time to update me and provide detailed info and Simon came to visit and did not rush me at all, was really thorough and took the time to explain. They sorted out my problem with no hassle to myself. Thank you both so much. Will always use this branch of Howdens.

Simon has been absolutely amazing in creating a new kitchen for me. I am so grateful for his ideas, expertise, and patience throughout the project. His communication has been excellent from the start, and he kept me updated at every stage and was always quick to respond to any questions.
What really stood out was how he listened to what I wanted, then came up with clever and practical solutions that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I can’t recommend Simon and Howdens highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about the end result, Simon is the person to go to!

I was told over the phone when sorting the initial quote out I could come and collect when ever. However when i arrived I was told the items were order only so unfortunately wasted over an hour of my time and fuel ect.
I contacted at 11:50Am on the Monday as instructed and was told all the order was being unloaded so i could come and collect anytime. arrived roughly a few hours later to find out one of the items wasn't there and would arrive the next day.
At this point very frustrated as I had already delayed my carpenter once and also had a strict deadline on my project.
If the item hadnt have been dropped to my site the next day it would have been an even lower rating.

Very disappointed on the this occasion.

We originally chose Howdens because of positive reviews found online, plus recommendations made by friends who had previously used Howdens for their new kitchen.
From initial showroom visit (Crawley, West Sussex), through to a home visit, the installation, and even returning a couple of pieces not used, Guy (our kitchen planner) was absolutely fantastic.
We would recommend Howdens for everything that's important to you when purchasing that new kitchen.

Excellent customer service went above and beyond to get everything together for my order online and in person can’t fault the team at crawley pleasant to talk with,knowledgeable. The warehouse house staff are fast and efficient even loaded materials into my van with care. Just can’t sing their teams praises enough. Been a pleasure dealing with them. I’ll be dealing with them as much as possible in the future

The staff at the Crawley depot are excellent. From opening my account with the sales team to the lads loading my van, great service along with great quality products.

Had a 12k kitchen booked in December when I received a discount card for 200£ Christmas period if 2k is spent . When I asked in the Crawley branch it was confirmed that is correct but I have enquired now a few times but still haven’t received the 200£ . Why send out this cards if howdens not willing to sort out this promotions .

I have recently purchased my kitchen from Guy at Howdens. He has been excellent! When I initially designed my kitchen I had no idea what design I wanted and he helped me through this entire process, suggesting colours, worktops etc. Guy even came back to visit my kitchen after it was installed to hand deliver an extra part to me which is excellent customer service. The quality of the kitchen is great and overall, I have been very happy with my kitchen. I would recommend to anyone to go through Howdens and particularly Guy. Thanks again!

Run, run, run far away from Howdens! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with them. From start to finish, the process was a series of letdowns. The quality of the materials they used is incredibly low—nowhere near what was promised. The furniture feels flimsy and poorly constructed, making me question how long it will actually last.

The design service was a complete disaster. Rather than listening to my needs and offering functional, aesthetic solutions, they seemed either disinterested or completely inexperienced. The end result looks cheap and doesn’t resemble ‘fitted’ furniture in any way. The doors, in particular, are awful; they look cheaper than something you’d find at Ikea, which is shocking given the premium pricing.

One of the biggest disappointments was the countertop. We only needed one meter, but Howdens required us to buy three meters since they don’t sell by the meter. This left us with an excess we didn’t want, paying a premium price for material we didn’t even like, after they quoted us an outrageous £3000 for a quartz worktop.

Honestly, choosing Howdens feels like throwing money out the window. If you’re looking for quality fitted furniture, go somewhere else where they actually value quality, honesty, and design expertise.
