Great staff & very professional,

Just a quick review to thank all the team at Howden's Grimsby (Birchin Way) for all of their help & effort with our purchase of a new kitchen from them. The whole process was excellent, from the initial design of the kitchen (by Rosie) to the finish. A few very small issues were soon resolved by manager Wayne, whom i must say was extremely helpful and very professional, nothing was too much bother for him. A wonderful, hassle-free experience, just what you need when you have put your trust into a company with such a great reputation. Thanks again to the team, huge thanks to Wayne & Rosie.

Thankyou to the lady that helped us plan for our multi room occupancy house on Saturday 30 Nov 2024. She was so knowledgeable and useful.

Amazing team. Came in for a kitchen and other bits and pieces for our house renovation. Wayne, Ali and rachael who we mainly dealt with, went above and beyond to help us achieve what we wanted. Nothing is too much trouble very down to earth and professional, comfortable environment. Customer service by the rest of the team was excellent. Definitely use again. 👍

Have bought 50+ kitchens from here.
No complaints from me, not sure why there are any bad reviews at all.
The suppliers are still human at the end of the day and damages etc are inevitable.
But they are handled quickly and professionally.
Rosie is always a call away to help with anything even down to fitting advice with measurements or anything you need.
Lucy on the counter is always happy to help with anything else you need consumable wise.
Rachel's phone calls are always professional and polite to see if there is anything you need :)

These guys are nothing but helpful!
Knowledgeable staff, always happy to help even when busy on the counter Wayne will pop through and help too.
Kitchen designers are always accurate and prompt.
Any damages are swaps can usually be done the same day or next day which is amazing when working to deadlines.
Nothing bad to say.

Kitchen measurements were wrong. This was discovered during installation. No one came to remeasure meaning a new problem was discovered every day of the fitting. The contractor and I tried to get someone out but no one came. Contractor was made to pay for extra flooring despite me having specifically been told there was enough by Howdens to go floor to floor and him being told by their rep when he called to check that it had to be. Things I was specifically told were priced were not. Doors were missing but we had extra handles. We were given the extra parts of the kitchen to make things fit but this involved the contractor having to cut into door frame. Only when the gas fitter said the hob would be unsafe due to kitchen top and bottom units not lining up did someone visit. My contractor custom built a cupboard to resolve the issue. No apology terrible customer service.

I've been to howdens a few times now and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Had to go and pick a few things up that was missing and ordered some more shelfs and have to say that Eric in the warehouse is such a lovely guy. Nothing is too much trouble for him and always has a laugh. It's so nice to see someone doing their job and still have time to chat to customer. Makes my day to see him 😊

The staff at Howdens Grimsby were really helpful especially Lucy, she knew exactly what products we required and was very professional and an asset to Howdens.

The service we received from Wayne and his team at Grimsby was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and you where always greeted with a smile. We love our kitchen, boot room walk in wardrobe and doors. All great quality and finish.

The Howdens Expo in Howden is well worth a visit.
