We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Jasmine from Howdens Havant for her incredible help and dedication in designing our dream kitchen. From the very start, Jasmine was patient, understanding, and fully attentive to our needs, no matter how many changes we made along the way. She sat with us numerous times, always offering thoughtful suggestions and creative solutions to fit our vision and budget.

Jasmine truly went above and beyond, constantly finding ways to save us money without compromising on quality. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire process a pleasure, and we always felt comfortable and confident in her hands. Even as a new mum, Jasmine worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect for us.

She has become more than just our kitchen designer – she feels like part of the family! We can’t wait to invite her to our housewarming party, and we’ll forever be grateful for her determination and support. Thank you, Jasmine, for sticking with us through it all. You’re a true gem, and Howdens is lucky to have you.

From start to finish we have had a fantastic experience with Howdens. Paris designed our kitchen, which was challenging in such a small space, and came up with a wonderful design. Our builder had a few issues with some missing parts, but unlike other companies that keep you waiting for replacements Howdens supplied them straight away. I would recommend Howdens and especially Paris, as our kitchen has now moved into the modern era. Thank you.

We had a great experience with the Havant branch. Jazz was our point of contact and she was simply excellent. Very informative, patient and helpful from start to finish. If you can, request Ben De Jong from Taz Carpentry as your fitter. He was simply outstanding

Steve visited and measured up the kitchen for us and then met up to run through the design , perfection for exactly we needed as a functioning kitchen and looked amazing too ! Advice and service was spot on and communication was appreciated , 5 stars isn’t enough for our experience , kitchen fitting went like clockwork using the supplied manual and drawings provided of Steve’s design

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Paris Carrington as our kitchen sales designer. We have a very complicated layout which includes a split level situation and Paris designed us a kitchen beyond our expectations.

From the initial meeting, she was thorough and professional and was able to come up with a design that we never would have considered. Our final kitchen has barely strayed at all from her original vision. Paris is personable, enthusiastic, friendly, charming and will go out of her way to help.

There were plenty of emails back and forth finalising all the tiny pieces that go into making a perfect kitchen and Paris was always helpful and happy to change things even when I kept going back with more tweaks. She offered some excellent advice on placement of appliances and colourways - I particularly loved the face to face consultation at the showroom, I could have sat there all day looking at all the different possibilities. What I loved about Paris was that she made us feel like our kitchen choices were the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen, even though it may not have necessarily been her personal taste. That is a real skill in a sales designer as it felt as though she was as excited as we were during the process.

Paris was also *never* pushy - she at no point tried to upsell us any products or gadgets but simply advised on the art of the possible.

The kitchen itself is excellent quality. We did take the design to Wickes for a price comparision but they couldn't beat it, and the customer experience was not the same as it was with Howdens.

The units were delivered quickly and as promised. The measurements were mm perfect and the final result is a kitchen diner we can be really proud of. When the time comes to move house and do it again, we would definitely use Howdens and I will be requesting Paris to design our next one!

I bought a Kitchen and Appliances through Howdens, Havant branch. The kitchen designer, Tom Reedman, was excellent and followed up querries during the build quickly. The after sales service was also excellent (warehouse and sales / returns), thanks Emma! The kitchen is amazing. I didn't go for top of range finishes or appliances as I was on a buget. 3 yr warranties are great as part of the deal.

Great help from Tom at Havant put my customer at ease and helped her all the way with advice which has made my job so much easier to fit the kitchen.

One staff member was was helpful in checking stock and ordering additional items. Another provided advice about different tall oven cabinets with printable doors

Poor service manager don’t give a crap and they don’t send the correct kitchen just mix and match

Worked with Jess Blake and from start to finish and she was super helpful and always on hand to assist in getting the design perfect, regardless how minor my requests were. It was really refreshing to work with someone who took care and pride in her job. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with my project and hope to work with again in the future.
Kitchen look and feels quality and was reasonably priced.
The entire process was easy, stress free and quick to high standards. Even had a few pieces leftover which wasn't used and they arrange to collect and refund.
Would definitely work with Jess and Havant again and would recommend to everyone. Thank you very much!

We decided to use Howdens at Havant after the home visit from Jessica Blake who made us feel very much at ease, with our choice of kitchen units. There was no pushy extra sales, just good fair advice. Once we had agreed the layout, Jess produced a very professional printout in colour showing the new kitchen layout, we then had time to decide which company to use. We had another quote done by a different company and although the prices were fairly similar the quality of the Howden units shone through. Howdens even match priced the cooker unit to that of the other company. It took just three months from first enquiry about kitchen to fitting completion time, which suited us. We were able to chose our own builder, and we we’re safe in the knowledge Howdens had worked with Chris Anderson Langstone Electrical before. The rebuild and quality has been done to a very high standard, we’re very pleased.

I cannot speak too highly of Howdens Havant. Jasmine was extremely helpful in planning my kitchen refurbishment and full of ideas. She listened to me, found excellent deals and sorted it all out for me. The whole team are pleasant and efficient. I thoroughly recommend them.
