The staff I delt with at counter and warehouse.

I had a kitchen planned by Howden's planner Shirley from the Newcastle under Lyme shop. This is the second kitchen I have had from Howdens and they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and well priced.

Always good service at this branch. All very friendly

Excellent service from all the staff at the Stoke on Trent branch. Very helpful and made it easy to choose my kitchen cabinets

The staff at Howdens Parkhouse always go that extra mile and then some! Recently had a product delivered to site when needed very quickly saving time and money. Absolutely outstanding professional service.

Cupboards and worktops are good but none of the electronics are working after 3 years had a leaky dishwasher an oven that cut out when getting to temp and the fridge freezers where the tray doors come of with normal use. Did speak to howdens who blamed the contractor and the contractor blamed howdens so the warranty is worthless. Buy the cupboards but buy the electrical items from another retailer where you get a real warranty.

I think it was easier for your team just not to address the issues we had after the multiple equipment failures which were reported so am surprised this was not casaded up to the head office we did offer for your team to come out to inspect the equipment but you were not interested.

The hob just stopped working and have had it replaced no help from howdens

The main oven glass on the inside shattered and think this is the reason why it cuts out now when turned on. Bascially of no or little use but is a handy £870 oven tray holder. Again no help from howdens

The dishwasher inlet pipe had a small hole in it and flooded the floor meaning we have had to have the floor ripped out and rescreeded and then relayed. Again no help from howdens.

The fridge freezer does work but the plastic trays are really flimsy and are now nearly all broken. The defrost function doesnt work in the freezer.

Basically we were not offered the warranty one would have expected from a 10K kitchen but no one i know who is having a kitchen fitted is buying from howdens as they know how difficult it has been for us. We dont expect any help just want people to know what they are buying if getting it from howdens.

I did give 2 stars as the purchasing process was good we were just let down by electrical quality and inability to be able to offer assistance. We did have a few handles that didn't arrive which we had to buy again but other wise not too bad.

Just an update looks like the store doesn't record the phone calls it recieves as it can't find any record of the order or contact being made reporting the issues. Again have invited your team to inspect the installed equipment but looks like you have spreadsheet warriors not people who can fix things. Really not a surprise as the fobbing off just tends to lead to people denying there is anything wrong. We do appreciate the contact but it doesn't fix the issues.

Needed to get two kitchens on order. Measurements and layout left for staff to deal with. emailed details received within a couple 9f hours.

Went to my local store at Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, met Shirley the designer who came out and measured us up for a new kitchen, she as been brilliant nothing was ever a problem and answered all our questions, 100% recommend and a good price As well

Howdens were great from the start of my kitchen to the end
