Excellent service and always will to help

Absolutely outstanding from all at Peterborough Howdens throughout my kitchen replacement. To start Tom nailed the design really efficiently; on site discussion and measure up followed by in branch CAD review with great sample selection to bring the design to life. Ordering process was seamless. The kitchen itself is good quality, has some beautiful features (wood cutlery drawer has been complimented several times already, pantry cupboard is beautiful, soft close, finishing details) & good value for money (supported by October sale), held in UK stock so quick delivery, and the team have been readily available to support with all and any queries. The delivery team were also brilliant - to any room, cheerful and exactly as scheduled.

Two notes - always having to negotiate on cost is a bit of effort but small in the context of everything else, and is swiftly handled by the team. And I took the decision not to use the Howdens hardware offer - again, effortless from the team but I sourced alternative.

Whilst Howdens don’t offer an installation service for those in/around Peterborough I’d highly recommend Alex Carter - great knowledge of Howdens products and top class.

So yes, full credit and highly recommend! Thanks Tom, Sharon, Rob, Sue & team - you’ve all been brilliant.

Really happy with our Howdens kitchen. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the initial design to the final stages the kitchen was exactly how we had hoped for. We went for the clerkenwell gloss sandstone which was really good value for money and quartz Miami white worktop. They worked around our budget and came up with a work around for everything. Martyn was our designer (highly recommended) but all of the team are really friendly. Thanks again for everything Howdens Peterborough

Had a new kitchen and appliances from the fengate branch Peterborough we had martyn come out and measured up and sorted out the kitchen all the way through the process nothing was to much trouble as we changed the kitchen about and appliances during the process also changed a couple of items went in the fengate branch and no problem at all very friendly and fast service would recommend howdens especially the branch we dealt with at fengate Peterborough

I was very very pleased with my new kitchen as it fits all the requirements I had when providing the information for the design and Tom, my designer was so friendly and approachable and really involved me in the design process.
It looks modern and yet at the same time, the shaker style suits my old farmhouse perfectly.
Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed.
I understand from my kitchen fitter that there were one or two pieces missing when they started to assemble it, but as soon as Howdens were advised, those pieces were delivered almost immediately. As my kitchen is very large, and the order filled one of my garages when delivered, it was hardly surprising if one piece had been missed.
I would certainly use them again.

I found Howdens could supply what I wanted, and very soon received my order with no hitches and no fuss, the quality of product even better than I had expected. An excellent, helpful and courteous service all round.

Very supportive staff who made ordering the kitchen easy and managed returns seamlessly

Always fantastic service from Fengate branch

Lee has been excellent from start to finish always at the end off the phone if need anything brilliant team

Quick service, although 3 of the4 doors were damaged it was resolved the next day.so can't fault the service shame about the damaged doors as it cost me an extra days work. But happy with service from howdens staff.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Howdens Fengate! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and well cared for. The attention to detail and the genuine friendliness of everyone there truly set this place apart.

The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, right from design through to installation, their professionalism and warmth made my visit unforgettable. Special shoutout to Martin Burgess and Rob the store manager for their exceptional service and personal touch—it made all the difference.

I honestly can’t recommend Howdens Fengate highly enough. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service with a warm and inviting atmosphere, this is the one. Would recommend to all friends and family and the finished kitchen looks amazing! A real difference to my home. Thank you for a memorable experience and great value - better than the other kitchen outlets (Wren, Wickes, Benchmarx etc etc)
