Firstly I would like to thank the entire Peterborough Howden's team for their support and service. Above all credit goes to our designer, Tom. From the first moment he stepped foot in our home to the finished article, his vision support and service has been second to none. We gave him a complex project that involved designing a kitchen that spanned across three rooms, with two walls to be removed. He managed to create a bespoke design and demonstrated a level of technical knowledge that made the project possible, thinking of things we never would have. His design brought our kitchen to life and gave us confidence to take on the project. His support did not waiver from day 1 and he was only happy once our project was finished, he revisited to re-measure and inspect as the project was underway to ensure everything went to plan. Nothing we asked of him was too much and he is a credit to Howdens. I must also mention the quality of service from Howdens on the whole, their products are of top quality, and we are extremely happy we went with them. Thank you to Howdens and Tom.

Well i dont know where to start. The service from start to finish has been truly amazing. Toms knowledge and expertise has blown me away . I knew i made the right choice after meeting Tom. Even the manager Rob was so helpful. I am really pleased with my kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Howdens and Tom for a superior customer experience. 5 star.

Couple things not correct on delivery however quickly made good . Quality is good and pre planing fitted in well . Approachable staff who are clearly knowledgeable.

A huge thank you to Howdens Peterborough, they went above and beyond when our kitchen fitter let us down. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom Brown and his boss Rob. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Matt Herbert at Howdens in Peterborough was fantastic. We now have our dream kitchen. The layout is perfect after a few tweaks using their very helpful 3D pictures. The units are really good quality and they have great storage solutions for any awkward spaces. Really happy.

I’d like to know why I can no longer access my
Account on my iPhone, always been fine until about 3 weeks ago.

After having several other kitchen quotes I decided to opt with howdens at fengate, from the 1st moment Tom the kitchen designer came to my home and planned my kitchen I knew I was in good hands with his calm manner and excellent planning skills nothing was too much trouble, with endless calls and visits that I made with changing and re adjusting things he was always so cooperative and patient with me, there was never any negativity, the kitchen has now been fitted and a few minor issues were soon resolved either by replacement or refund and all staff at fengate are all so very helpful at all times the kitchen is absolutely stunning I am thrilled with the quality and I must say best of all the after service was 1st class at no time did I ever get stressed, from the very start to the very end best service and quality ever I'm thrilled and a huge thankyou to the great team at fengate howdens

Bought a new kitchen recently from Howdens. Excellent service from the (very patient) designer, Tom. There were problems with the quality of some of the kitchen components, but the measure of a company is how well they deal with issues. Howdens sent someone out to look at the kitchen the same day and didn’t quibble. They offered me replacements or money back and were true to their word. Kitchen all finished and looks amazing. Five stars from me.
