Paid for a Kitchen before Christmas in full, and told I needed to take delivery before Christmas to guarantee the price.
Part arrived 22nd Dec, the balance on the 9th Jan. came to fit it this week and a part is missing namely a whole unit on the kitchen design missing from the final invoice so the price agreed was not what was arranged. I had to return to Howdens and pay a further £150 for a most integral bridging unit to complete my kitchen installation even though it was all on the original kitchen design.
Unfortunately as per modern day no accountability as to whose fault this was except the customer left with £150 to find on top of the original £7000 purchase price.
Further to the above review, the manager of the branch called today to offer sincere apologies. Confirmed to me that new protocol had been put in place to limit this oversight happening in the future and offered a full credit to my account for the missing item. I feel this was professionally handled and reflects Howdens attention to customer service in light of the staff mistake that caused the problem. Thank you.

Always in and out quickly, not much fuss, and they do try to get items in as soon as possible if they've not got it in branch.
