My HRV motherboard required replacement. I phoned HRV and they quickly sorted the problem for me, ensuring I knew the cost before going ahead with the replacement. The staff were friendly and very easy to deal with.

The HRV is great. I have installed the stronger version of the HRV systems. The HRV has dried out my windows and also my curtains which had got quite damp with mildrew, I now feel confident to clean them as I know they will now stay dry. When there is a frost there is a thin film on the windows but clears very quickly and causes no problems with curtains.

Our home is warm and dry thanks to an HRV system. We stay healthy. We dont get condensation on the windows and our curtains stay mold free. HRV remind us every two years when service is due. The service technician turns up on time and does a thorough job on maintenance and filter changes. The cost was discounted with our Gold Card. We highly recommend HRV to our family, friends and guests.

HRV are just a phone call away. I have found the staff are very friendly and most helpful. The system works wonderfully, I cannot speak highly enough of the product or the staff.

We had HRV installed in our previous home in Wellington and as a result we had no condensation issues. It was regularly serviced. On selling our home in Wellington and buying a new built in Napier, we decided to install HRV (based on our previous good experience with an HRV system, comparisons with other available systems - Smart Vent and DVS and comments from friends) in our new home. We arranged an appointment with the local HRV sales representative. He inspected our home and discussed with us the HRV options. There was no hard- sell and he provided us with a prompt quote (with significant discount for Automobile Association (AA) membership). We accepted the quote, and an installation date/time was agreed upon. HRV confirmed the date in writing and a reminder was received by us a couple of days before installation. The HRV installers contacted us on the day of installation prior to their arrival at our home to update us on the actual time they would arrive. The installation was undertaken in a professional manner within two hours and there were no issues or mess to clean up. We appreciated the short training session on the system by the installers, and we have had no problems with the system. We have experienced no condensation since installing the system.

The service I had from the begiining to the end of installation was very good.

The chap selling to us was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were kept informed as to when the installation would take place and the installers were quick and efficient. Mind you, we didn’t take any convincing. I’ve moved three times and this is the third HRV I’ve had installed!

The whole process was great with HRV so far. Mal was very informative and explained the product in great detail, but also understandable, when explaining the needs for our home. He also answered any questions we had. The process has been smooth and the communication from the team very clear. Can't wait for the system to the installed!

I have only had positive experiences with HRV. I installed an HRV system in my previous home and since moving I have installed another HRV and now looking to install a new heat pump. The consultants know their products and are knowledgeable in their recommendations. I am notified when it is time to replace/check the filter systems. Any issues are responded to in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
