Ear rings in a bag
I went to H Samuel to buy a birthday gift for my wife. I ended up picking a set of earrings. I dont normaly do this as if the wife don't like them you can't take them back. But i was told they could be put into a sealed bag and as long as the seal was intact i could take them back. A simple thing, but took the pressure off buying them then not being able to return them. The best ideas are the simple ones.

Excellent customer service
June being my busy month for birthdays prompted me to visit H. Samual’s store in Liverpool One .. I was approached by Lin who was friendly and informative and advised me on all the current offers . I settled on a gold and silver chain plus a pair of earrings as a treat for myself . Her expertise was invaluable and I bought the Premium Care plan for my gold chain .
My gifts were all beautifully packaged .
Great service and value for money . I will Definitely be returning to spend my promotional voucher .

We purchased this item as a birthday gift for one of our daughters. To say she was delighted would be an understatement. We sadly lost one of our daughters, but this gift was to, in a way, reunite the 3 of them.
