We came into the shop on 4.8.26 and were served by manager Helen and also Emily.
I had been having such difficulty finding a certain type of earring but Helen was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide a solution for me to take up later.
They were both so pleasant, kind and reassuring and have made me want to return. I was treated so well.

India at the Chesterfield branch was very helpful in finding some earrings for our daughter. Very polite and prompt service.

I went to the Milton Keynes branch to buys 2 necklace / pendants for 2 of my granddaughters. I was greeted by Sara (who was a trainee). She did a great job (given that I was her first shop floor sale). She was confident, not afraid to share that she was learning , a great experience , well done Sara, you have many more sales ahead of you!!

I had my ears pierced in the worcester branch. Six months in i am still having issues nearly seven. The earings that I was pierced with are supposed to be allergy friendly but they are not. I have had so many swellings and blood blisters because of them no matter how often I clean them. I had two ladies pierced my ears at the same time and they do not match. I had an old piercing and one of the ladies pierced in front of the old one. And the other one was pierced behind. Be careful if coming here. I asked for help and went to them in person and I got no helpful advice. I am unsure about the date but it was in February this year.

Visited the Rhyl store with my daughter who was desperate for her ears piercing. They only had one piercer in (usually have 2) so had to do one ear at a time, she still wanted it doing. My daughter was reluctant to get her other ear done and was really anxious & kept pulling away. The piercer (Lianne) was absolutely amazing, so patient, didn’t rush her, tried ever tactic possible but my daughter just couldn’t bring herself to do it. She recommended that we go & get some air for 5 minutes & come back & try again, we did, we came back, my daughter was distracted by her new squishy, as Lianne discreetly snook up beside her & did the piercing without her realising. My girl was made up & didn’t know she’d done it. The staff in the shop made a big fuss of her & were all amazing. Must’ve been in shop for 3 hours (no exaggeration). My girl loves her earrings & loves showing them off. No redness, no swelling, she keeps forgetting they’re there, they look beautiful. Would definitely recommend this store, Lianne deserves a medal & a huge bonus in her wage for that day! Thank you ☺️

Went into derby store to buy engagement /commitment ring beleive the ladys name was Hayley. The lady couldnt have been more helpful and patient with me.
And gave us plenty of advise on differant metals thankyou again a credit to you

Lynette couldn't be more helpful when picking my engagement ring & more recently our wedding rings. She had great knowledge and experience showing us loads of options. We were very happy with the experience.

Visited the store to have multiple rings resized and one of which needed a diamond replacing, we was greeted by Ellie who was exceptional.
I honestly couldn’t praise her enough for how she helped us so professional, honest and gave us the best service.

Terrible service, it took them just under 3 weeks to deliver an item to a store in Northern Ireland. No one answers the phones in any of their stores. I contacted them via chat and they then blamed the Windsor framework, which is absolute rubbish. I then contacted head office to get a refund. They promised a refund only after the product arrived in store. When it eventually did arrive I then had to drive to the store, pick the item up, and then return it to them again. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I've been through in a long time. Complete jokers!
