Fairly easy and straightforward to use. Not too complicated to set up however it is heavy.

The water coming out of this thing smelled like sewage. It stank out my whole house. Took me all day to clear out the smell. I obviously couldnt do any of the cleaning I had paid for. And they have ignored all my requests for a refund

Great piece of equipment, does a great job in deep cleaning carpets and removing the built up dirt from over the years. Good value for money for 2 days rental. Was not too sure how to completely empty the clean water tank though.

It's fine for a freshen up carpets but if you have very dirty carpets it's not the "man" for the job. Easy to use and conveniently on wheels. Make sure the suction head is clear of debris like hair (possibly from a previous user if you're hiring). .

Amazing product! Silent enough for this type of product (I used it while my baby was sleeping), easy to use it, and small enough to go everywhere you need in your house. Very happy I found it!
