The cleaner is lightweight and easy to use and come with instructions there is a short video on manufacturer's website on how to use machine

Good product but poor job from HSS providing me a collection slot at the store's closing time. Arrived a few minutes later but could not collect because store was shut. I was later charged for an extension to my contract.

Easy to use. Excellent job in cleaning carpet. Carpet left slightly dam which dried in a couple of hours

Product is very good but would benefit from being cleaned. It had mud on the wheels which I had to clean before taking it into my property.
